(4 months after hair transplant - 4400 grafts - I am from Slovakia)
I figured I'd wait to write a review until I had something to show for it... you know, like actual hair :D I decided to hold off putting review starts until I could confirm I didn’t just spend money on a really fancy head massage! 😄

I wanted to take a moment for Metropolmed because they truly deserve recognition!

I made a last-minute decision to switch from my initial clinic to Metropolmed, and I couldn’t be happier with that choice!

Personalized Care: From the start, I was in contact with Giulia, and she immediately made me feel confident in my decision. She was caring, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process, and even after the procedure, she remained incredibly supportive!

Clinic Experience: The clinic itself was well-organized, clean, and modern. Everything went smoothly during my visit, which lasted about 8 hours, and even the lunch they provided was delicious (they gave also lunch to me friend). The only uncomfortable part was the local anesthesia (what is normal :D ), but overall, it was a very positive experience. The team of doctors was excellent, each one a specialist in their part of the procedure!

Results: Just 4 months in, and I’m already seeing great results (honestly I am suprised). My barber couldn’t even tell I had a transplant because it looks so natural! My grandmother, when she saw me after few months, said, “I can’t believe how you look!”:D

Overall Impression: Thanks to Giulia and the ENTIRE medical team, I felt completely cared for. The doctors were polite and professional, and even post-surgery, the clinic stayed in touch!!! (honestly I was expecting no touch after I left Turkey :D ) I was very impressed!!! Whenever I had any concerns, they were quick to respond.

Advice for Future Patients: Don’t worry if your hair starts to fall out—it's normal! And try not to check the mirror every day like I did :D It's a long-term process, and the first visible results will take a few months to appear. And I hope it will stays :D And PS: Do not believe in super marketing instagram hair-transplant clinics - as I did. But thanks to my friend I switched clinic to MetropolMed.
PS2: Everyone is asking from WHERE they gave me hairs :D because my back head is fully recovered without empty spaces or scars!!!

I had a really good experience at Metropolmed. From start to finish. They took good care of me, and the staff and doctors are very professionel. I felt like I was in very safe hands all the time. I had a lot of questions before and after the surgery (I got a hair transplant), and they didn’t hesitate answer me, even on WhatsApp. I got my operation on May 5th which is almost 7 months ago, and we still have contact, and they still answer me if I got any questions. They also follow up on me to see if my hair is growing as planned. I feel like a new person with my new hair, and I recommend Metropolmed to anyone.
I am very satisfied with their treatment, and it is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life getting this operation. For myself and my self-esteem. Thank you guys.

Had the best experience at metropolmed. All the team was nice, process was easy, everything was perfect from the pick up till the drop off at the airport.

First of all a shout out👍 to yusuf (communication), Ella (translation and personal assistant) and Hilal (nurse who was one of the great people who picked my brain all day 😂) . Yusuf for making a clear and correct communication during the whole process. Thank you Ella for your kind words and very good Englisch. And Hilal (aka yellow socks) 😁 Thank you for wearing these cute and funny socks so I had something to focus on during the operation. And ofcourse for the good work. And now the second part of this post for the new customers. I am making this review 1 day after operation and wil update my reviews every month for 1 year. If you want more info about my experience just conatct me. and now without further waiting. .... the building outside looks a bit old but once you come inside it looks very stylish and clean. They make a good effort for making a Proffessional hair transplant. Everything went wel and somehow it felt comforting for woman to do the operation because you feel that they are very detailed and soft in touch. Overal good experience and I would definitely advise you there klinik. But..... and it makes me sad to have to say this. For service and effort they surely deserve 5 stars but sadly its like all my 4 other trips to Turkey somehow the people in this culture always find a way to charge you more money then agreed upon. They charged an extra massive 200 euro.. yes you read this right.. 200 euro for paying with card instead of cash. I didn't want to start my day with problems. Because paying is the first thing you do when you enter the building for your treatment. So I just payed the extra money and started my day. I let them make video, pictures even a fun tik tok movie from all my private moments there. And stil they stik to there story that it's a bank transfer fee 😂. And now the morel of the story. Yes its a good company but don't expect honest business like I have in my country (Belgium)
I hope this review gives new customers an insight of these wonderful people and good company (Turkish standars).

I had a very long decision-making process for hair transplantation until I received a reference from my circle of friends from the Meropolmed family, who had received this service before and achieved very good results. I was satisfied with the results my friends received after the hair transplantation and I decided to have a hair transplantation on March 27, 2023. Friends who are going to have a hair transplant should not be afraid, it is a health institution with high sensitivity and interest in human health with the quality of service offered, I was very pleased and this was important for me. My 6-month process is over and I am one of those who say I am glad I had a hair transplant. What I liked most was having my hair with a natural appearance and natural structure in 6 months. That's why I would like to thank the entire Metromed family, especially Ms. Melike and Ms. Emel, for their efforts and interest in this process.

Very good care from start to finish. I had nothing to do they took care of ever. Only one star minus because the extras are quite expensive. And the filler was one price no matter how much hyalauron. But the operation was fast and good care and fast healing… excellent

I did my hair transplant of 4200 grafts on August 5, 2023. I am very satisfied with the service offered. The translator is very concerned, she was present during the intervention. And check in regularly. The staff who carried out the operation were really adorable, caring, had reassuring words <3. The person at the reception is also full of kindness.
