I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the operations of Metro Vein Center in Warren, NJ. It is a franchise operation and conveyer run practice. My experience was terrible, characterized by poor disclosure to side effect, deceptive practices, and a complete lack of accountability. The doctors, staff and management refuse to take responsibility for errors made during treatment, demonstrating that this center prioritizes profit over patient well-being. I did the procedure in summer 2025. I still experience numbing and pain in the same area which were developed as result of the procedures. This is a systemic issue, not an isolated incident. I strongly advise against seeking treatment at Metro Vein Center. I wish i read the reviews on Trust Pilot. If you value your health and finances, avoid this clinic at all costs.

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the operations of Metro Vein Center. My experience with this clinic has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by deceptive business practices, unethical billing, and a complete lack of accountability for errors that occurred during my treatment.

From the outset, I was promised transparency regarding both the treatment process and the costs associated with it. Unfortunately, this promise was never upheld. Despite initial discussions that led me to believe the treatment would be affordable, I was instead hit with a shockingly high bill that bore no resemblance to the original quote. And the issues didn’t stop there.

What has been even more troubling is the clinic's refusal to waive or even reduce copayments for follow-up visits, even though the procedure did not go as planned. Not only did I receive subpar treatment, but now I am being charged for additional appointments that I did not need, nor should I have been required to pay for. In fact, the clinic refuses to take responsibility for any of the issues that arose from their own procedures and continues to demand payment, even when the fault clearly lies with their staff.

It’s clear to me that Metro Vane Center is operating with a business model based on misleading clients and taking advantage of their trust. Every time I have visited, I have been charged exorbitant fees, with no consideration for the quality of service provided. The clinic has not once offered any follow-up appointments or support to resolve the issues that occurred during the initial procedure. Instead, they have continued to demand payments for services that were neither effective nor properly rendered.

This is not an isolated incident. The lack of transparency, accountability, and fairness is a systemic issue at this clinic. Metro Vane Center is not a place where patients should expect honest care or reliable financial information. I would strongly advise against seeking treatment here, as anyone who does is likely to encounter the same deceptive practices and unfair billing that I have experienced.
