First the item will reach you in approximately 30 days if you are in Europe, so delivery is long. Secondly, the photos are amazing, the dress I got barely resemble the picture. Third- they ship from China and the quality is not terrible, but not great either, it looks like the dress from market. Gariūnai (for Lithuanian girls to understand). And lastly - you cannot refund it, what they offer is gift card for 35% value or exchange. Save yourself the trouble and go for other brand instead

0 stars! DO NOT PURCHASE! I ordered a product and added on express shipping. I emailed them to confirm it would be shipped and delivered 3-5 days after order & they said yes. After purchasing, they emailed me and said it wouldn’t be completed until 14 days after. I asked them to just cancel the order. They did not. When I finally got the order, I was away. When I returned I tried to file for a return and they declined. Also, the dress is 10000% from shein, which sucks because they’re charging $150+.

We never received the ordered goods, the website shifts the responsibility to the delivery person and the delivery person shifts the responsibility to the website. The agony has been going on for almost 2 months. I would like to inform you how the dispute ended.

I ordered multiple dresses from MewMews, all in the same size. Not one was wearable. The sizing is completely inconsistent — one arrived enormous, one too small, one too large. All labeled the same size.

But the sizing is almost secondary to the quality. These dresses cost upwards of €100 each. What arrived looks and feels like something you'd find on Shein for €5. Cheap fabric, poor construction, and an appearance that has absolutely nothing to do with the professional photos on their website. The difference is shocking — and I do not use that word lightly.

The packages ship from China. When I attempted to return items, they instructed me in writing to declare the package value at 5-10% of its actual worth to avoid customs duties. That is customs fraud — in writing, from their customer service team.

I am writing this review precisely because I have not been refunded. Getting actual money back is nearly impossible — they push gift certificates at every step, delay responses, and avoid issuing real money for as long as possible. I have been dealing with this for over a month with no resolution.

If you are considering MewMews because the photos look stunning — that is exactly the point. The photos have nothing to do with what you will receive. You will be paying luxury prices for dresses that belong in a different category entirely.

I had a great experience with the company, the dress was exactly as pictured and amazing quality. It arrived on time (paid for expedited shipping because I needed it quickly). Looking forward to buying from here again for my next event!

Well poor Jill Smith is going through the same thing as me still ongoing and exactly the same manipulative return scam anyway I wish she and anybody else thinking of buying from mew mew read my first review… still waiting for return address and 309.00 refund ☹️

The green stars are entirely false. I am trying to obtain a refund from Mew Mews for dresses that did not arrive on time (3 weeks) and are also too small. Four emails later they have finally agreed to a refund (after offering gift cards and keeping some of the dresses at a reduced cost). Note - you will also be asked to take pictures of the dresses with the tags as part of your ‘Refund Application’ but you can’t upload these picture in this so called application so you need to also email them. The return address I have been given is to the USA and is at my expense. I don’t mind paying for returns but this feels like a scam with shocking customer service. I have had to state I will go to trading standards and that they are in breech of consumer rights for them to respond. If I don’t provide a tracking number plus the dresses have to be inspected on arrival; there is no refund. How convenient. I doubt the dresses will ever be seen again.

I absolutely love my dresses I have bought from Mew Mews there of excellent quality absolutely beautiful to wear.Any dresses I have wore from Mew Mews have turned heads I feel like the bell of the ball when I wear my dresses I feel absolutely amazing in them I have bought 3/4.So if you see a dress from Mew Mews don’t think about buying it buy it you definitely won’t be disappointed there all beautiful and of high quality x

I bought The Eirwen High Neck Trench Coat Skirt Set size M (I am actually size S but sized up just to be sure) it arrived and was more like a size XS.
They told me to return it, and upon return they would send me a new set size L.
It took a month for them to confirm arrival, then they claimed the set was now sold out!
I checked their website - lo and behold it is still there.
I don't understand what is going on but beware!

If I could leave a zero review I would as they don't even deserve a one star review! I placed an order on 08 May 2026 and never received an email to confirm that the order has been shipped! I sent an email two days ago only to receive a response that the items are out of stock apparently meanwhile they are still advertising the same item that is out of stock as being in stock to date. I then said that I am travelling and I need the dress before I travel, Can you believe the audacity this fake company has? They are asking me to pay $45 for expediting shipping for something that is not my fault! they have taken the equivalent of £194 and to date 20 May I have not received any item. Please avoid them at any costs. This company is clearly a SCAM they are advertising products they don't have.

I can honestly say that I'm obsessed with Mew Mews Fashion. I recieved a dress that I fell in love with. It fit perfectly and I didn't want to take it off at the end of the night.

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I ordered dresses for an event and ended up spending weeks chasing basic information on items I had already paid for. I was told a dress was completed, in stock, and could be dispatched within 24 hours — yet after repeated emails, I still could not get a direct answer as to whether it had actually shipped.

I have had to ask the same question over and over while receiving responses about entirely different orders instead of the item in question.

Because of the delays and lack of clear communication, I had to purchase additional replacement dresses to avoid being left with nothing for my event.
The issue isn’t only shipping delays.

The issue is:
-poor inventory transparency
-unclear made-to-order timelines
-repeatedly failing to answer straightforward customer questions
-customers spending unreasonable time chasing -information they should not have to chase

If an item is not readily available or requires extended production time, state that clearly before purchase.

Customers should not have to become their own customer service department after paying.

Beautiful dresses are irrelevant if the buying experience becomes this exhausting.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MEW MEW!!! This has honestly been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Every order arrives extremely late, often over a month behind schedule, with the explanation always being that the clothing is “custom made.” In reality, the items feel cheap and mass-produced, no different than fast-fashion sites like Shein, despite being marketed and priced as premium products and told that each piece is custom made which clearly is a lie.

I spent $300 on a dress expecting quality craftsmanship based on the photos shown online. There were conveniently no close-up images of the actual detailing, and when the dress arrived, it was incredibly disappointing. The fabric was cheap mesh with jewels poorly glued onto it. The embellishments literally fell off every time the dress was touched. After almost 2 weeks of back-and-forth customer service told me they would issue anAfter almost 2 weeks of back-and-forth customer service told me they would issue a full refund if I could prove that the jewels had fallen off and if I took pictures and circled the areas after doing such, customer service’s solution was to tell me to glue them back on myself.

What makes the experience even worse is the return policy. They do not allow actual refunds, only store credit or exchanges, which traps customers in an endless cycle of being forced to purchase from a company they no longer trust. After such a disappointing experience, why would anyone want store credit?

Customer service is equally frustrating. Because of the time difference, every response takes roughly 24 hours, and each time someone replies, it’s a different representative who seems to have no understanding of the previous conversation. You constantly have to restart the issue from the beginning, making the process exhausting and incredibly unprofessional.

I also question the authenticity of many of the positive reviews and influencer promotions surrounding this brand. The products I received did not remotely reflect the luxury image being promoted online. On top of that, many of these exact same styles can be found elsewhere, including sites like Bella Barnett, for significantly less money, making the markup feel incredibly misleading.

At this point, I feel completely misled by the quality, policies, and overall experience. I will never shop from this store again, and I genuinely feel like my money was taken for a product that did not remotely match the expectations created online. Feels like being Robbed! Entire experience feels deceptive and designed to trap customers into losing money rather than standing behind the quality of their products.

first time, they sent a torn dress, would not give me a refund and kept saying please take a credit. I paid additonal money on top of that credit and the second one was never delivered. the audacity to send me a link for review to see if I liked the item (that was never delivere)

My dress arrived quickly, fit like a glove, was great quality, and got tons of compliments!!! There are so many fun designs available to order - so happy I discovered this website!
