My Mexas sandals arrived today and I absolutely love them. They are well made and fit perfectly (I recommend meassuring your foot and using their size guide to avoid returns - they are not free). Their custumer service is very friendly and I just love the brand. Very unique and beautiful shoes!
I bought a pair of shoes from this brand last year. The sole came off and I asked for an exchange. Instead, I was told to go to a cobbler, for reasons of “ecology” and “ease of repair.” The repair was reimbursed.
Since I hardly wore them last year, I started using them again this year, but the same problem persists. The cobbler himself pointed out that the sole was made in two parts that cannot work properly together.
I am very disappointed with the customer service of this company: they offer neither an exchange nor a return of their defective products. As a result, I do not recommend this brand, I will not buy their products again, and I will not recommend them to anyone.
