Support actually emailed me back
I had a weird glitch where my profile pic wouldn't crop right on my ipad. I messaged the help desk and a real person named Sarah replied in under an hour. Usually, you just get a bot that tells you to restart your router, so having actual human support was a massive shock lol

Can’t exchange information if both parties are in agreement
Can’t exchange information if both parties have agreed. From my understanding we both have to spend 5000 on credits in order to exchange information between both parties. Credits are not cheap! And then you have to sign some kind of waiver for both parties to exchange their information?? And their response always is their going to take a look at it, I never seen a good review about someone meeting their date.. I think this site is full of shit and lies
