If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars, or negative stars, I would. This company is a complete sham and dishonest in its billing, charging, and customer relations. I can't vouch for the technology. I used it to send one 4 page fax. In order to do so, I had to subscribe, which I had no problem doing so.

Herein lies the problem--- upon cancelling the $19.95 monthly subscription in the portal, they continue to chage my card, even though I have a FREE plan and have cancelled the subscription. Customer support (only available by email and chat) talk in circles around and around, giving me no real truth or resolution. I'm not using the service and I STILL keep getting charged. I've taken up the issue with my bank and getting all the dispute information together, but WOW. This company is like unleashing a virus-- once its started, its really hard to stop them and they are so VERY arrogant about it all.

Hope this helps-- STAY AWAY!

Total scam

Total scam. I paid 99 cents for a fax and then the next day they try to charge my card for 19.95 for a monthly subscription.
