I would certainly recommend MFI Rental in Grangemouth if you want to hire a motorhome. Communication with the company prior to the hire was excellent and a thorough explanation of the vehicle's layout and systems was given before departure. The business location is great with easy access to our motorways for travelling further afield. The vehicle itself, named Rabbie, was in brand new condition, fully equipped with bedding, towels, cooking facilities and the open comfortable interior layout is superb especially if the weather is inclement. It was so easy to drive and I particularly loved the rear-view camera. We really enjoyed our experience in Rabbie and I'd have no hesitation in hiring from MFI again.

Craig was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was helpful, patient and very understanding of our needs.
The motorhome itself was amazing and pretty much MADE our holiday.
I can't recommend MFI and Craig highly enough, we are already telling every that wants to listen that they have to try the NC500 route and if they do - using MFI for their transport is a MUST!

From start to finish Craig and Dylan have been excellent on their explanations and guidance in using Nessie, our first time with a camper.

Over 5 days we travelled around 400 miles to Glencoe, Black Isle and the Cairngorms. Some off grid and some in electric hookups.

Van was faultless, mpg averaging 30 or so and was £80 to fill from 1/4 tank.
LPG was £2.32 to refill !!! We used it every night and most days as Glencoe was -7 first night and Cairngorms were hovering around 0 degrees, but you didn't notice it until you ventured outside!
Very comfortable and plenty usb charging points and with keeping an eye on leisure batteries we didn't drop below a 1/4 over 3 days off-grid.
Shower has around 5 mins of hot so be savvy with it - good pressure though 🙂
Oven and hob were very efficient, as was the fridge and freezer.

Beds are comfy, great storage space and lots of dookits to store everyday things.

Van handles very well, great engine and autobox (drive in eco 😉) you can stream via Bluetooth to the head unit and pretty good sound for music and making calls.

All in all, we had a great holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it, we cannot recommend Craig and the team highly enough, so much so that we are booking direct next time.

Craig was really helpful through the whole process.
Nessie was in perfect condition when handed over and we were given a good tour of how everything works.
The campervan is fully kitted out with everything you need for a trip away. I think the only thing we required was a cork screw. But a 30p peg from the campsite shop did the trick.
The space was perfect for 4 adults. We also hired additional outdoor chairs and a table, which was nice to have for outside dining.
It was very easy to drive and very comfortable.
Would definitely hire off MFI Rentals again and we’re all keen to revisit Scotland.

I recently hired a motorhome from MFI Rentals as they were positioned in a perfect part of the country for collection. They also offered secure parking for my vehicle while I was away. Price was great value for the specification of motorhome I hired, with the rentals being cleaned to a very high standard. A great week was had in the Highlands by all the family and I’ve already booked with them again for next year to explore further!

Had a brilliant few days away in Nessie, had everything we could have ever needed, very comfortable and spacious and was much more easier to drive than I though. Excellent talk through of all features before we left so we knew what we were doing when we arrived at campsite.

A perfect experience from start to finish. Nessie has everything you will need, very well equipped and easy to set up everything. Craig was great to deal with. Highly recommended.
