Meg and Tracey kept me fully informed and always respond promptly, with knowledge and wisdom on the very stressful process of moving house 😊We moved our stuff into storage over a year ago, MGB stored then brought all our stuff to Wales when we eventually moved from our temporary to permanent home, for both moves the removals teams were excellent, fast, friendly and helped me through the stress! For the removals from storage Pete and Mark arrived at 8am with 2 large vans and put everything where we asked with efficiency and a smile. Tracey and her Crew were amazing. I was going through quite a stressful time and had to move quickly but I had no need to worry. The guys were amazing, made me feel totally at ease and they went over and beyond what I expected them to do. They helped me decide where things should go but it wasn't an issue if I changed my mind. The guys were so dedicated and even made a particular piece of furniture fit (awsome guys, thank-you x) Couldn't recommend highly enough.... seriously, what I was expecting to be a really stressful day was actually very relaxed and I felt in totally in safe hands as you will be if you trust this amazing removal company !

MGB did my removals on the 20th December and with apologies to Chris and Mark who did the whole job over two days, I am only now getting around to writing the review they deserve. Megan was always on the end of the phone and even dropped more boxes off to us the night before the move.
The removal men were careful carrying furniture down very difficult stair turns.
All done in a morning and my daughter was in her new place and settled by the afternoon.
Absolutely will be using MGB removals in the future.
Company were average on the day. Left a few items in the garden which they went back to collect a few days later. Shed items went into storage which I was quoted £20 per week. They brought back 8 days later and was presented with an invoice for £500.00. I was shocked, they rung the office which was the bosses wife and she said if I paid cash today they would reduce to £300. I feel we had no choice to pay it. Felt ripped off. Since then after unwrapping our belongings we discovered several items damaged, pictures, lladro China, a TV mattress plus more items. The company don't want to know as outside 7 days terms of insurance. They said liaise with their solicitors. Feel they are extremely unprofessional and wouldn't be surprised if they have any insurance. Would not recommend. Beware don't be fooled by this company.

Dear Mrs Webb, Thank you for your review. I find it VERY strange that you have said "we were very average on the day" I have reviewed your paperwork that you signed on the day and you reviewed us 10/10 and gave the comments "excellent".
4 pots were left in the garden in error as you left without telling us and prior to us completing the final walk around. Quickly rectified when you decided to tell us.
You added storage 3 days prior to your removal as your husbands shed had not been erected as yet. We took a complete box luton into store, offloaded it and stored it for a week for you at your request! We then had to employ 2 staff members to reload your items, travel from Redditch to Kidderminster to offload. Again on the day this was completed you reiterated how happy you were with the service. You were presented with an invoice relevant to the work involved, unless you expected my employees to work for free?? You said you were expecting an invoice for much less, the crew called me and as a gesture we reduced the bill to cost for you. As you explained you didnt do internet banking you paid cash.
A full 15 days passed after your removal when you telephoned to suggest we had broken your husbands mattress and a lladro statue. Both myself and our office manager explained your 7 days terms were well over but if you sent photographs we would take a look. You laughed and said no one reads the small print! To confirm you signed these documents which you cannot do without reading / opening them first.
Still no pictures and yet another 8 days passed (1 full month after your items were delivered), no contact from yourself you facebook messaged saying no only had we broken your mattress, we had now damaged your front door? you felt 7 days given the fact it was coming up to Christmas wasnt a reasonable time to report damage as per our terms and conditions. I explained your items had now been in your possession for 4 full weeks. Twice you had been asked for evidence, even though you were now well out of terms and conditions i would of happily taken a look to work with you to bring some sort of resolution but you didn't do this.
Our insurance is available for all customers and again this was sent to you along with the terms and conditions which YOU signed.
We work incredibly hard and I am very cross that you are slandering my company due to your own negligence. I will without hesitation instruct my solicitor along with all the evidence to the contrary of what you are implying.

As I'm sure people know moving house can be really stressful. Let me tell you MGB took away my stress. I can't fault them. All I had to do was unpack my boxes which they had placed in the room they belonged in, as I'd written on the boxes which room they were to go in. The guys were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend them enough.
