Good Service, Not so good delivery
The materials ordered were great and people at the company were always pleasant when they phoned. Only downside for me was the delivery. The materials were left inside my garden gate and no notification, phone call or even a knock at the door to say they were delivered.

Great service
My 75 year old dad likes to potter about in his garden so small orders needed. I place the order online and he goes to pick it up. Staff are all great with him and help him load it. Quality of wood is great compared to other places. Always seem to get a little discount on price online aswell. Have been using MGM for years and will continue too.

The order wqas easily placed…
The order was easily placed and the decking timber was immediately available in the yard and an assistant helped put it on the roof of my car. Only one problem the timber was stacked outside and was saturated. So you might say as decking thats what it will always be, my joiner was not quite so impressed as some cuts needed were long and the wetness caused the saw to jam. Hence the 4 stars

My order was taken over the phone and by a couple of days later I received a call from MGM to say that they would be delivering my order the next day and the driver called me the next day to verify and he laid my timber in my driveway the way I requested it. Brilliant

Person delivered item on time as per rescheduled and kept it neat and cleanly however Forest did a very bad job as they did not sent important blocks to connect base frame which in turn costed me £100 on top of it 2-3 pergola post and other items where not straight and 2-3mm off torch costed me more not happy with the order at all
