Nicky Griffith was really helpful in progressing the sale and ensuring the exchange went smoothly. We couldn’t have done it without them!

I've just moved into my rental apartment and the experience with MGY was super smooth. From the viewings to contract paperwork, everything was always as planned. I've had a few viewings with MGY before finally finding my place and they are a helpful bunch. Sian especially from Radyr Lettings office was not only very knowledgeable and thorough but also very nice and approachable person.
I've had minor issues after moving in and their maintenance department was very quick fixing them. I'd recommend their services.

Really easy process in renting a property, if any issues arose, Dawn was back in touch the same day to resolve them.

MGY recently sold a flat for me in Cardiff. It was not the easiest of sales as the apartment block had minor cladding issues, and some lenders would not lend. Without the help and professionalism of Nicky Griffith in the Sales Progression team, I do not think the sale would have progressed. Nicky was proactive in trying to resolve issues as they arose. She was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot praise her highly enough.
