We have dealt with the team at MGY Barry, both as a letting and selling agent, especially Vicci in Sales and Lee in Lettings, and every step of the way they have gone over and beyond.

As remote landlords we needed an agent we could trust and rely on. They were always quick in responding and finding a good quality, cost effective solution to ensure our tenants were looked after. Later on they managed the full redecoration of the property for sale. They continuously have gone over and beyond, delivering a first class service. We can wholeheartedly recommend the team at MGY Barry.

Becky in particular and her colleagues at Cardiff Bay MGY were great. We gave them a key and they took care of all the viewings. There were quite a few viewings and it took a while to sell our property due to a couple of buyers not being able to proceed and having to relist the property. I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl (and occasionally Spencer) whilst sorting a commercial lease. Cheryl has a lot of experience, which made it easy to trust that things would be done properly and professionally.
