If I could give 6 stars I would. Matt has serviced our Heatpumps for years and has done an excellent job. They are now 10+years old, and thanks to him they run as well now as they did in 2016. He is super knowledgable, very thorough and totally reliable.

Matt performed our heat pump maintenance, replaced the heat pump insulation, and installed new pipework casing. Matt planned everything in advance by email, and he and his team were responsive and flexible whenever we needed to adjust anything.
He arrived on time, as expected, and messaged when he was on his way. The work was finished within the agreed timeframe and with real attention to detail. The insulation was updated with the latest materials, and the duct trunking adds extra protection while looking much neater.
I’m very happy with the result. Matt is professional and friendly, and he took the time to share useful tips on how to run the heat pump more efficiently. I’d happily recommend Matt and his new company, MH Heat Pump Services.
