Bought a Toyota Alphard from MHH and couldn't be more positive about the whole experience. From the initial phone call to picking up the vehicle Chris was friendly, informative and totally honest. I have bought from import dealers before but MHH are different class. Great service all round. Everything that needed doing was done and the car is great. Highly recommend them.

Be careful with this dealer. They didn't tell us that the CATS in our Elgrand weren't removed and now, 1.5 years later, the engine is overheated and the cost of a new one is £7,500. A serious dealer would have known this, and I even remember asking about this when we were buying since I knew it was a serious issue that everyone on the Facebook group for Elgrands warns about. We were told they were. Maybe they didn't properly service other parts of the car too, which we won't know about. We are devastated and have been severly let down. I would avoid and find a better dealer or buy a completely different car overall !!!!!!!! To say we are disappointed is an understatement since it was a lovely car for our family. It's shame I have to give this review.

I Had been looking for the right Nissan Elgrand for a couple of months without success. After visiting a number of importers, came across MHH cars, who had a number of superb Elgrands in stock and from first contact demonstrated a highly professional no pressure selling experience.

The vehicle I eventually purchased was exactly what I had been searching for; a high spec grade 4B vehicle in factory original condition with all relevant paperwork at a fair price.

Excellent service from Chris, Sam and Alistair when purchasing my imported Nissan Elgrand HWS at good quality and at reasonable price, with 12 months warranty.
They are a clearly a good team, and when Alistair, the MD, says “He is actually in the business to provide a service, and a happy customer is so satisfying” you tend to believe him.
The company is ably supported by good local suppliers for service and maintenance, and any after sales issues are dealt with in a really prompt and understanding manner.
Highly recommended.

Alistair and the team at MHH were superb in our buying experience. Very knowledgeable on the Elgrand cars which are prepared to a very high standard. We felt confident purchasing from them and wish we had purchase an Elgrand from them sooner! The car is fantastic!!

Very knowledgeable about the vehicle in question, (Nissan Elgrand). Basically, they told me the whole history of my vehicle right up to it arriving at their centre. Vehicles are in ‘tip top’ condition, registered, MOT’d and all with validated mileage. A quick and friendly experience from start to finish…very impressed.

Really excellent service from Chris. Exactly the kind of salesman you want to deal with - enthusiastic about his product but honest and knowledgeable. The cars themselves are in superb condition and perfect for my particular needs (spacious vehicle for moving mountain bikes and surfboards, camping, family ski trips, touring, etc). Why anyone would buy a T5 when you could have one of these at a fraction of the price I've no idea.

The team are quite simply the best of the best-incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgable and friendly. Made me feel valued and special.

Can’t fault these guys being new to the elgrand they answered all my questions, the elgrand was immaculate, I would buy again from them, I’ve since converted it to a camper
