They didn't turn up, then they turned up late and missed issues because they were in a rush. They give quotes that are £300 higher than other companies. They don't use any website that has a dispute resolution mechanism so you have no recourse if they don't do a good job. The good point is that the engineers are pleasant and will probably fix your issue as you long as you don't mind when they turn up or the price you pay.

The engineer was great, but the booking experience was poor. I received repeated notifications that the time of my boiler service had changed, with no consultation beforehand to ask whether this was convenient. When I contacted the office they moved the appointment back to a convenient time, but then it was changed again. Customers have busy lives and it's not fair to keep changing the times of appointments for your own convenience.

Their Service Engineers are professional punctual and polite. They always enquire about the appliances performance before commencing the service. They are leave the place clean and tidy.

Booking an appointment with MHL Services is always easy and the lady at the other end of the phone is helpful and friendly. I had regular updates on the time of arrival even to the last ten minutes to tell me they were on their way.

Basically contract out work to other sub contractors - work standards ok , guys are friendly. not willing to discuss client side options and requests in my experience. Didn't want to discuss site requirements and claiming 'prices never be beaten ' isn't true. As soon as challenged, they 'closed my account' - that I never had in the first place. Won't be using again, too much better choice in the area.
