I only received part of my order, part of which was not fit for purpose. I have spent over a week trying to contact My international, via email, via Whatsapp, via the chat function on their website. Not a single acknowledgement or response. It feels as if nobody works there.

The fabric of the sheets is good quality, although they are too large. Honestly, we don’t need sheets with so much excess fabric hanging over the sides of the massage table to be able to work comfortably. They would be more practical even for washing, as they would dry faster if they were the right length.
The delivery was not as expected. The company contacted me to inform me of the delivery time, and although I was waiting at that time, no one showed up and the package was left at a warehouse for me to collect.

Very happy with the communication and fast dispatch and receipt of my new massage table.

I’ve tested it out and honestly feel that this is already helping my clients to get more benefit from my work.

Couch cover arrived as promised. Excellent product, fitted the Gibraltar table perfectly. It was really good to be able to talk to a real person in the UK who knew the product and was able to give me good advice. Thank you.

The customer service is atrocious! It has taken days to try and sort out a spare part. No one answers the phone, goes straight to voice mail. Stuck in the chat that will take anywhere between 6 - 24 hours for a response to your next message.

I bought a massage table that unfortunately arrived damaged, but the company immediately replaced it with a new one without any hassle. As usual, products are of good quality and as described. They arrived well packaged and on time. Have used this company for different products for over 10 years and not disappointed so far.

They falsely advertise their products quality. Their equipment cost me money for the damages it did. DO NOT BUY.
