I feel disappointed I've sent emails 3 times to the customer services and ask what's the shipping status or any tracking number but there is no one reply me. I've written on my order information in detail. Even a generic eBay stuff also has a tracking system.
Reply: thanks for your prompt action and I’ve received the reply plus the previous shipping info email also in the junk...
