I ordered a beautiful dress from Miabel and was really impressed by the design and quality. The dress looks elegant and the details are gorgeous. Unfortunately, the fit around the bust wasn’t quite right for me and I needed some alterations. I contacted Miabel customer service, and they were friendly and willing to work with me to find a solution. I really appreciate their assistance and their contribution towards the alteration costs, which means I can have the dress adjusted to fit me properly. Overall, I’m happy that we were able to find a solution, and I’m looking forward to wearing the dress once the alterations are completed.

The dresses was so accurate in size, exactly the same size I have send. They are very accurate in choosing color and the design that I give to them. They have on time delivery.

Buyer beware. This company has shown a complete lack of honesty and customer service. The product I received is nothing like what was advertised on the website or shown in the photos.I am normally a size 12 and provided my exact measurements, along with clear instructions about what I wanted. Despite this, the dress that arrived was definitely not a size 12, and the fabric is nothing like what is shown online.To make matters worse, after paying AU$298, I was offered a refund of just $60. When I raised my concerns, they increased the offer by a mere $5, which is frankly insulting given how misrepresented the product is.This experience has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

How can a company register as a UK company but operates as a scam from China.

I was delivered dog clothes in place of wedding suits at cost of 300 pounds.

They even have the audacity to write that the worker is punished and therefore matter settled.

I've made a cross check and noticed that this site ist claiming to sell Designer dessses Worth over 1000€ for only 120€ or so. Their Instagram posts and Tiktok videos are also stolen. Please don't order anything from here!!!

I have just received my custom made dress I choose Dark Green which is beautiful. The dress is very well made and fits perfectly apart from the waist.This was my mistake because I gave the wrong size. I will need to have tem adjusted along with the waist 。

I had some confusion with the sizing guide and picked one that didn’t quite flatter me, but that was my mistake. Will try again next time!

My dress didn’t fit. After numerous emails back and fore before offering me money to get it altered, suggesting I gift it to someone instead, a week later I get an address to return it to.
This then cost me £30.
The returns policy and service is terrible. Don’t order from here is my advice! Not great material / for either.

They do not let you refund the dress and ask you to send pictures to prove it doesn’t fit then offer you £20 to fix it locally. The quality of the dress is not worth £300 and they think you will give up trying because the shipping is expensive - do not fall for their Chinese crap.

I liked the design of the dress, and the customization was mostly accurate.However, I had to make some small adjustments to the hemline. Overall, it was a good purchase, just not perfect out of the box.
