Not even 1 star. They are a scam. fake dispatch and even told me they refunded me but didn't. They have closed Miami Bronze, even their email address has been closed down.
Absolute thieves.
If you have purchased, contact your bank and lodge a dispute and hopefully you will get your money back.

Scam - sent fake tracking number but no product

Fraudulent and scammers. Took my money, and wont send product. Its been over 7 weeks now. They have blocked me on all social media now and they delete comments if you call them out! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I've lodged a complaint with ACCC

Took our money 8 weeks ago, blamed Aus post for the package being lost although it’s not even been marked as checked in with them, hundreds got the same excuse. SCAM

Ordered from MiamiBronze and was sent tracking info. Tracking number never had any updates so I went to check page and seen others were having issues as well then the website vanished. Definitely a scam and I believe they are the same scammers who sold Permatan nasal spray. They have been deleting Facebook and Instagram posts and comments from their page. Super unprofessional! Keep an eye out for new nasal tanner pages popping up that look similar to miamibronze.

Works great, however, they did take a while (1 week) to send my order. Was tanned after one week of use. I bought in June.

They worked well for me! I know they have issues with fulfilment at the moment but I did get a package resent to me.

The tan came on quicker than the company I use to buy off which was called permatan.

I have ordered from them multiple times without issues, but my experience with my latest order in early July has been unacceptable. I received an email stating that additional testing would delay my order by another 10 business days. As I am going away and cannot wait, I have emailed twice requesting a refund, but I have received no response. Instead, I got an email saying my order has shipped, yet I can't track it, and their website is down. This is completely unacceptable. I will be disputing the charge. Do not purchase from them – they are scammers.

An absolute scam. They keep deleting my comments asking for an update on my order and don’t reply to emails. I’ve had an email to say my order has been dispatched but no tracking number has been received.
They have also said they are an Australian brand but the transaction was processed in HKG with an international transaction fee.
It’s very frustrating! If there was a supply issue or a delay in stock arrival that’s fine - but be transparent and say that instead of deleting comments and posts.

Miami bronze co keeps deleting my instagram comments asking about where my order is! They are so unprofessional! My order apparently shipped 2nd June it’s now been 1 months and 2 weeks and nothing! Super dodgy company!!!!! Don’t order from here!
