Damaged item on delivery, very quickly fixed and excellent customer service!
30th of January received my package from MiaMio, unfortunately 1 of the bowls was broken.(Unknown of it was like that during packing or it happened during shopping) Reached out to the customer service, and in a manner of days they shipped a new set which arrived in excellent condition! Will definitely be shopping here again!

Great Espresso Cups.
The Espresso Cups are very well designed, all 3 sets were Christmas gifts. My wife and her sister loves theres. I highly recommend these. I will definately buy the Cappuccino Cups also. Thank you.

Excellent products and excellent service!
The products are affordable yet have great quality, and the customer service is amazing. My wife unfortunately broke the lid of her tea set, and upon contacting the store, a replacement lid was sent out at no extra charge. I am very happy and plan to buy more dishes in the future.

Just one little thing I think it can be improved: on the 6 standing coffee mugs, the last mug on top of the stand, the lighter color isn't covered with bubble wrap, causing it to scratch from the stand.
