The best!

Miami sample is the best! Great deals, incredible customer service, and always working to get new fun brands on sale. Have made so many great purchases, and will continue to be a customer. Definitely recommend!

To say I’m obsessed with Miami Sample…

To say I’m obsessed with Miami Sample is an understatement!!! I’ve been buying from them for YEARS and they always have the absolute best customer service and the best sales. My orders always arrive quickly (unless it shows on the sale before you buy that there will be a longer delivery which rarely happens) and I’ve been able to buy so many things I wouldn’t have been able to get without them!

they hide the delivery timelines before you purchase (it is not inline on product page), but pretend to be super transparent by saying they are super honest in the confirmation email. that is AFTER you make the purchase and absurd. its been 3 weeks and i have yet to receive my order.

Update: Avoid at all costs if you want to ever actually receive your order, I order clothes and shop online all the time, Miami sample is NOT it. I am not a fraudulent purchaser as they try to describe me as in the reply, I said if I don’t get my items that I paid for- why am I being charged and I will have to dispute on my credit card. Super glad I was refunded so now I don’t need to deal with your incompetent customer support team, and people in charge that obviously do not know how to operationalize a business and get people their purchases in a timely manner.

Your confirmation email states: “PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final. We will not be able to accommodate any order modifications.”

Super interesting that ‘anyone can cancel’ but this is the confirmation email content. You should probably align on your actual cancellation policy too, since either this response is a blatant lie, or your email is a blatant lie. No wonder this is a 2.7 trustpilot business

If our shipping timeframe didn’t align with your needs, you had the option to cancel your order upon receiving the confirmation email.

Additionally, we want to note that initiating a payment dispute while your order is still within our stated shipping window is a violation of our store policy, which is in place to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.

SCAM

SCAM I ordered a rug from this website, and the estimated delivery time was 2–4 weeks. I even sent an email to confirm the delivery timeline. After waiting the full four weeks with no updates, they canceled my order without explanation.

It’s clear this site resells products without actually managing inventory. They take your money, hold it for a month, and then only check if they can fulfill your order. Totally unacceptable business practice.

Feels like scam, do not waste your time or money here.

Your order was canceled only after we followed up with the brand and confirmed that the item had not shipped. Since the items are sent directly from the brand’s warehouse, we unfortunately do not have real-time visibility into their fulfillment status. As soon as we were informed that the rug was unavailable, we processed a full refund, something we believe would not happen in a scam situation.

We also did send you an update explaining why the order was canceled. We sincerely apologize if it wasn’t received or if it didn’t provide enough clarity at the time.

Best brand

Great every time

I have made multiple orders with miami sample sale and have had great experiences each time! Some of my orders have taken a little long but they communicate that depending on the brand some drops may take a little longer than normal which is understandable (some ship directly from their warehouse others ship to miami sample first i think). I really look forward to see them expand the brands they work with and will continue to purchase with them!

Wrong size

I’ve ordered things before multiple times. It’s kinda sad to write this. Everything I got in the past was great! It never took that long for me. But I got a recent mystery bag with the size medium and they sent me M/L sizing which isn’t what I ordered. They had the excuse of saying that since it said medium on it that they won’t refund me or do anything about it. But like what about the large part? It fits more like a large than anything, the bag also did not say “medium/large size” it just said medium. :( which is really sad because I spent over 100 dollars on this for them to not get back to me. To not even try to understand how that’s not okay to do. None of the clothes fit me and it’s super sad because I was excited about this bag. Even people around me like why would they do that. It doesn’t even make sense to send a size bigger than what was bought. The customer service on the ig page was a lot better than the email team. The person emailing me just made it seem like I was crazy for even emailing in the first place. But yeah they gave me a half size which wasn’t what I ordered and just told me that it is not their fault. Which makes me never wanna buy again. (Also makes me sad because I genuinely had no problems up until now) anyway I just never wanna cry over a brand and be so sad about not fitting into anything because of the lack of care.

Edit: that doesn’t make it the large fit better and I feel like you guys just took my money and gave me the wrong size :( I unfollowed and I feel like I’ve been done very wrong. Stuck with dresses I cannot wear. Because of how huge they are. “You offering a better fit for customers” is a slap in the face as well. Cause it doesn’t even fit at all. If you saw how big jt was on me you’d be like oh we sent the wrong size. We should fix this.

Bombastic side eye.

I have a Miami sample membership, I order often and even shop at their Miami store when I’m in town, I ordered a surprise box and like another person who posted here, I too received a bunch of stuff that was the was huge, it was disappointing to have wasted my money as MS is all sales final. Another thing is that with the membership you can’t double up codes, so with the membership you get free shipping (and allegedly other perks that I have yet to see) BUT if you receive a discount coupon (I get them occasionally by text) it voids the free shipping and you have to choose one or the other, seems a bit scammy since I’m already paying a membership fee, starting to think I’d rather just pay for shipping!

Ordered a $200 mystery box (size small) and every single item sent was HUMUNGOUS. reached out to the brand and Matt from customer service said “there is nothing they can do.”

Do not purchase from them!!

Do not purchase from them!!! They send you damaged goods and then don’t let you return them. The absolute worst. Not worth a good deal.

Edit to respond to their comment: that is ridiculous. If an item comes broken, a paying customer should be able to return whenever they can within the 30 day or return policy windows. We are working moms with busy demanding schedules. Your policy on defective/broken items is not acceptable. You shipped me something broken. Period. Why is the onus on me.

Lack of Communication Around Items in My Order That Weren't Available

I ordered an XXS of a pant from their Donni sample sale, I was made aware at the time of my order that it could take 4-5 weeks to ship which I was ok with. I followed up 4 weeks in to get a status update as we were nearing the end of that window and they shared that the stock was on its way to their warehouse. I followed up again at the 6 week mark because I had not received tracking and my friend who ordered the exact same style in a XS had received hers. I was then informed that they never received any stock in XXS but they could offer me a XS or a refund. I chose the XS because I was excited about the pants, they said they would inform the warehouse and advise tracking once shipped. I hadn't heard anything 4 days later so I followed up AGAIN and was informed that they warehouse didn't have any extra XS's and refunded me. They were quick to respond but it was frustrating that I wasn't informed that the XXS and XS weren't available until I followed up.

Beware of this company

Beware of this company and its business practices. Two items I ordered took a while to be shipped and when they finally were shipped, I did not receive them. The customer service refused to do anything including contact the shipping company they chose. The proof of delivery does not indicate where the items were actually delivered.

Order received in perfect condition

I can’t speak for other customers, however I did receive my order in full from Miami Sample in perfect condition, so to me, this is a legit storefront.

They do make it known that orders take quite a while to receive, but honestly with how much their product is discounted this wasn’t a big deal to me. My order from the Guizio drop arrived around 5 weeks after placing my order. Buyers should just be aware of shipping times as the warehouse needs time for the brand to ship items to them first.

Do not trust this website

Placed order 2 months ago. Order not received or cancelled. No clue where it is. Website is a scam. My items were held up at customs and now nothing??? No more communication or updates. No responses.

Edited to add: I’m not sure why they are lying and saying this is fake, they are definitely not confused with another business. Sketchy company.

We checked our system with the information the customer provided and none of those matched with any order. It seems like the customer have mistaken us from another website or this review is not based from a genuine experience. The customer cannot provide any information that would help us locate her order. We also checked the tracking number she gave and it does not pull up any information at all.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. They advertise free shipping over a certain out yet, they still charge shipping. When I reached out for a refund, I guess I asked too many questions about my order so they canceled it without me asking. the associate I dealt with was named Matt. He was rude, nasty and then summarily canceled my order I guess because he thinks he has some sort of power in life because he works for Miami sample sale with a joke. Also, this is the second review that mentions Matt by name when you think that Miami sample sale would get a clue? I would never buy from them again. Also, if you read the responses by Miami sample sale in these trust pilot reviews. They are so defensive. This is clearly not a customers always right company try 260 sample sale. Excellent customer service.

The response from Miami sample sale is an aggressive lie. How dare they say I don’t understand like I’m an idiot? If you’re reading this ask yourself would a reputable company respond like this? Would Bloomingdales talk to someone this way? No. Miami sample sale are liars and talk down to people. Were the customers spending money we have the power NOT YOU.

Furthermore, Miami sample sale DID offer to replace my prefer with free shipping in the end. That illustrates that i proved my point. I then declined after the power trip from Matt. I wish i could post the screenshots.

Miami sample sale check your CUSTOMER service Matt and this person below are costing you thousands. Let them GO.

We’ve made an investigation about the customer’s order and found out that she requested to be given free shipping even though she’s not qualified. An explanation was given to her several times by one of our customer service representative on how the free shipping promotion works but she doesn’t seem to get it and they decided for the order to be cancelled since the customer is getting upset about it and not understanding the policy.
