I have ordered multiple shirts from miaprintspro and I was extremely satisfied with the material quality and the printing. Highly recommended.

Having received 3 posters of an elephant print, the print quality, quite frankly, is extremely poor and not worth the money paid for them. They are very pixelated and this is replicated throughout the printed poster. This is probably due to resolution of the original image, which may not be large enough to accommodate an enlargement of the original image to the 36x24 size that was ordered and is a very amateurish mistake and certainly not one that a quality manufacturer would make.

It is now seven days since I emailed the company with the details of the issues encountered with the posters and have not, to date, received an additional response from them following their initial email, which I find both disappointing and displaying a lack of concern for customer service. I would appreciate their comments regarding my previous emails and the concerns I have raised regarding the quality of the posters, however, do not expect a response, let alone a positive resolution to the issue. I also note that they are still advertising on Facebook and a few comments have been made regarding the same issue, yet they have have not had the common decency or professionalism to reply to these comments either, again evidencing their lack of customer service.

I am very happy with my phone case I bought from Miaprints! It’s absolutely beautiful and excellent quality and it arrived in 21 days just like they estimated it to be. I received a tracking number to my email and was able to track my package right up to it being delivered to my mailbox. I will definitely be ordering more items from them!!!

Brilliant craftsmanship. A totally awesome collection of designs and amazing printing quality. Shirts came in great quality. I plan to order many, many more items from miaprintspro.

Please stay away from this company. The elephant poster I ordered is badly pixelated and blurry, it’s only use is for a paper recycling bin. Their refund policy states that a refund will only be given when the product is flawed or printed poorly, yet this company refuses to refund me. Their responses are always the same email template. Clearly no quality control over their products, no customer service skills either. Don’t get caught as I did. STAY AWAY.
