Appalling service
Appalling service. Rude staff. Ordered a ceramic cat water fountain and have only received a sensor motion. Returning items is difficult, so stuck with something that has no use. Would never deal with them again.
In response to Miaustore, who never seem to read reviews properly, it wasn't about the money. I ordered a cream coloured ceramic cat fountain and somehow the ordered was changed to a sensor motion. It is rarely about money, but about service, which is seriously poor.

Amazing Cat Water Fountain!
Our two Bengals absolutely love this fountain!
They are definitely drinking more. I honestly figured the "multiple drinking areas" would be largely ignored and that they'd probably just drink from the top main tower. But they both drink from all of the spouts and dishes on each level.
We change the water daily (I wouldn't want to drink old, left out water regardless of filters or vessel material) and wash the fountain properly every couple weeks. But so far there hasn't been any obvious sign of nasties in the fountain.
The packaging was great, and the fountain was well protected during transit. I will say that the tube that connects the pump outflow to the hole in the tallest tower was quite badly bent, so perhaps more care could be taken there. But this is a very nit picky criticism, as we got it straightened out and were able to attach it eventually.
Overall I'm really impressed with the fountain and it's been well worth the money for us.

So far we are all satisfied, my cats like to drink from the well. The sensor reacts well, too well even. But it could run longer when it turns on and not turn off again after 3 seconds, I think that way the pump can rather break down. Visually it also looks good, but I find the colours inside the basin, they are too short, because the colour does not run up to the grooves! In my opinion, one could have paid better attention to the closure of some larger pores in ceramics. Otherwise very nice and it fits enough water in it (3.5 l), better than many other drinking fountains that have just less than 2 litres of capacity.
