No after-sales service
They have no after-sales department. You can only ring their office between 9AM and 11:50AM. I have always noticed consistently the unwillingness with Mi Casa to fix repairs since the handoff of the house. The property is 7 years old now, and still under warranty, but I struggle each time to get them to repair faulty door and door frames, electrical problems, plumbing issues. I reported problems with the door and leaks in the plumbing again in April 2024 and we're in mid-October 2024 and I'm still running after Mi Casa to get a date when the repairs will be done. A date was provided 2 weeks ago, I cleared my agenda and waited all day for the plumber but no show and no warning whatsoever that no one will show up. I called and wrote Mi Casa the day after and promises were made again. It's been 2 weeks and still no feedback. It's been a horrifying nightmare.
I paid handsomely more for the house than a traditional building and I totally regret it mostly based on how Mi Casa has resolved the issues that arose the last past 7 years. They aren’t striving for full customer satisfaction post-delivery; the behaviour I read is that they simply do not care and that’s appalling for such a company.
