WARNING: Do not trust Michaela Wade

WARNING: Do not trust Michaela Wade or Family Law Assistance

My experience was an absolute nightmare. I hired Michaela Wade for an in-person court hearing on 23 Jan 2025, based on her advice to make an urgent application. From that point on, everything went wrong.

The paperwork was a shambles: full of typos, wrong legal references, and most shocking of all, falsified evidence that didn’t come from me (looked like it was copied from someone else’s case). After the first consultation, Michaela completely disappeared. She left me dealing with a “virtual assistant” who clearly had no idea what they were doing.

The final documents I desperately needed only landed in my inbox after 2pm on the actual hearing day, far too late for me to prepare or even attend. This incompetence caused major damage to my case.

When I complained, there was zero accountability and no attempt to put things right.

This service is unprofessional, unreliable, and downright dangerous. Do not be fooled by Michaela Wade’s sales pitch, steer clear or risk your case being destroyed by her incompetence.
