BUYER BEWARE NOTHING DELIVERED!!! Placed an order, 10 days later chased it by email to be ignored. Then 5 days later order states unforfilled. Tried to contact for refund, number didn't work, so called my bank to make claim back. Then a few days later an email comes to ask if delivered. Then another to ask if I liked the item and leave review. WHAT A JOKE!!

Utterly dreadful company. Like others, I came up against brick walls with communications I sent asking for updates and after a week of radio silence from them, I simply get a generic ‘Order Cancelled’ email. No reason, no apology, just plenty of nothing. If a company has such contempt for its customer base, I can’t imagine why they’re in a business like this in the first place.

I ordered a small table this company took £173.47 out of my account and I have never received the table . There phone number is obsolete and they have failed to answer my numerous e-mails
This company is a rogue company and a scam . Please beware everyone

I’ve been emailed to review an item that Michael Edwards failed to send me despite taking the funds for it. The company took my money and never sent the Bed. After weeks of chasing Michael Edwards by phone (you can only leave a voice mail) and by email and being ignored I had to dispute the funds being taken with my bank. Only after this dispute from the bank did we get a response to just say sorry they didn’t ever confirm or fulfil the order. There was no explanation as to why this happened either. It’s been a shocking experience that left us with no bed for when we had guests staying with us.

Stunning, sturdy, well made furniture. We are known as destroyers of furniture (7 adult children, 12 Newfoundlands very busy outdoor life) so whatever we buy had to be solid. Saw this at my friends house and immediately asked her where she got it.
This ticks every box.
Could not believe the price! So so cheap for the quality (£1278) compared to anything else I’ve seen.
The delivery driver was amazing and set everything up for us with a huge smile.

We orderd a shoe cupboard in the grey and very happy with it , lovely little cupboard and easy to assemble . We would recommend and Charlotte in customer services was excellent nothing was too much trouble .

Have been try for two days now to get hold of customer services! No reply I have left 3 voicemails and 2 emails and still no reply! I had brought tv unit, coffee table and a side table! Don’t get me wrong lovely items, started to make them up however got to the tv unit and no nuts and bolts in the packaging. Have now been trying day to get this solved but what a terrible customer services!! Not happy

£173 wasted the grey bedside cabinets x2 are absolute rubbish nothing fits together properly and after several attempts we got someone else to try & put one together after lots of almost destroying the cabinet it’s drawers don’t open/ close the oak top doesn’t fit so it’s going to be dumped the other one still in an unopened box will go to charity! Don’t buy these cabinets not worth the money or time trying to build them!

Ordered a corner ladder bookshelf and very happy with the quality, very good value for money and looks lovely. Delivery was super fast too, will definitely be ordering from here again. Excellent service 👍

Very satisfied with my product the corner shelf stand. Although the first okne was smashed when I opened the box it had been damaged in delivery however after a quick email a replacement was sent out within 2 days no problem
