Discrimination

I was shopping with my 3- and 5-year-old when an employee named Jen told me to leave because my toddler was crying. The store wasn’t crowded and my child’s behavior was normal for their age. I left feeling humiliated and discriminated against. No parent should be treated this way — all customers are protected under the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination in public establishments.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered shoes in size 3.5, but they sent me size 6.5M, which is actually equivalent to a UK size 4 or 4.5. Instead of offering proper compensation, they expected me to understand their confusing sizing system—as if I needed a PhD just to shop with them. Pathetic service.

NEVER AGAIN MICHAEL KORS

Ordered a purse for my wife and never received it. Michael Kors refuses to refund or replace it, claiming it was “delivered” even though I never signed for it and it was simply left on my porch. Customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive. For the premium prices they charge, I expected far better customer service. Extremely disappointed — will never purchase from Michael Kors again.

I just thought i will thank Michael…

I just thought i will thank Michael Kors for taking the initiative to go up to size 9.5 in shoes. Am an adult who all my life has not had the fun of buying nice shoes because of my size.
Shoe makers often just stop at size 8 or 9 which dont work for some of us.

Wouldn't ever buy another bag from them…

Wouldn't ever buy another bag from them again all the money spent for a larger purse and multiple accessories with it and it has ripped several times and they had us send it back and they sewed it after a few months of buying. The whole bag is fallen apart looks cheaper then a Walmart bag and they have nothing to say shame on Micheal khors selling bags for hundreds of dollars and dont even guarantee the products piece of crap bags

Charm Bracelet

If I could give 0 stars, I would....I ordered the charm bracelet and not even 90 days had passed and the bracelet AND charms all tarnished and turned black...of course they tell me it can not not be replaced WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Large Voyager Tote Black/silver

Well manufactured ! Sturdy, pocket in middle has zipper, side pocket(in first compartment) zippers. Pebbled leather, looks great and is more me than the 1st one I bought. Great price, fast shipping. Honest desription. Perhaps put a snap inside pocketbook for over all closure. I'll move into it tomorrow. Love your bags.

NEVER AGAIN

I had a terrible experience with Michael Kors. I purchased a dress using my debit card, but unfortunately that card was later compromised and had to be cancelled. When I tried to return the dress, I was told the refund could only go back to the original card—even though that account was closed. I explained the situation and even contacted corporate, but their response was simply “we don’t handle in-store transactions.”

So now I’m stuck with a return they refuse to process. The lack of flexibility and accountability is shocking for a brand of this size. Customer service was dismissive and offered no real solution. I will not be shopping at Michael Kors again, and I’d warn others to think twice before making a purchase here.

THE WORLDS WORST WEBSITE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a purse at the outlet knowing I could purchase the matching wallet online since they didn't have it at store level. They had it on sale for the labor day weekend. tried to cash out and it goes back to regular price. Chatted with cust svc. Cecil but she couldn't help. Called customer svcs again to purchase over the phone and they gave me the disc charged my card, tells me my card is declined said that's impossible so cust svc tried again same thing. They put me on hold for a bit then come back and says that their system is having issues. Go online to my CC and see that I have FOUR PENDING CHARGES .. FOUR!!!! they had to drop each one and the manager told me I have to purchase online since they are having issues and then they will adjust the amount later. OH yeah like I want a fifth charge on my card. Now I just want to return the purse. I'll stick with COACH from here on in.

Mark on handbag

A few of my handbags have been delivered and when i have unpacked them a few have had marks on them i am a 71 year old lady and i have bought in excess of 70+ bags the recent treatment and nasty email i have received from them i will never buy another bag from michael kors again there customer service team are absolutely so inconsiderate i dont intend spending hundreds of pounds on handbags that are marked and when you inform them of this they send you nasty emails

Sent me the wrong size dress in my…

Sent me the wrong size dress in my order online. Won’t exchange for the correct size at no cost to me and taking £3 off me to return the item when they sent the wrong size in the first place! No customer service replies, just automated bots with no common sense. Appalling. Will never buy from them again.

Ordered the Astor Link Small Precious…

Ordered the Astor Link Small Precious Metal-Plated Sterling Silver Pavé Chain Ring in Silver and Gold (Gold was for daughter). What I received was 2 x gold rings.

Telephoned them to advise and they ordered a new one and sent it priority next day delivery (had to pay again).

Next day new ring arrives and it was gold again.

Returned both but so far only refunded for one.

Husband then ordered the Silver and once again Gold was delivered. So another return.

Would not suggest to use website. Go to the shop instead or buy something different from another shop.

Not happy at all.

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Worst Customer Service Ever!

Honestly, this has been the most ridiculous shopping experience I’ve ever had. For the past two weeks, I’ve been bounced around between different Michael Kors representatives like a ping-pong ball. Apparently, no one there can be bothered to read the full email history, so every time I have to repeat the same story over and over.

I ordered two bags over a month ago — and guess what? Still haven’t received them. The first time I contacted them, they actually told me to just “buy them again.” Now, all I get is a “we’re sorry” with zero action. No solutions, no follow-up, no accountability.

I’m officially done shopping here, and I want everyone to know: Michael Kors does NOT support their customers and will drag things out unfairly until you just give up.

Save your money and your sanity — shop somewhere else.

Michael Kors shoes are terrible quality.

I have over a dozen pair of Michael Kors heels. Even though they were a more expensive shoe with leather uppers, the linings are pleather and all have began to flake and fail after very little use. The soles disintegrated on the one pair that actually had leather linings. I liked the style, and they were comfortable, but the quality of materials is very poor and they don't last at all. Company only covers a very short defect policy from the purchase date with receipt from them only. Does not matter that you never even wore the shoes once and they are falling apart in the box.

I am truly disappointed with such a brand. I ordered size 6.5 shoes, but you put size 6 in the box and labeled it as 6.5. When I went to Vaughan Mills in Canada to get the correct size, it only caused more trouble for me. I was not even able to return them.

It was your mistake, but I ended up dealing with customer service, which did not respond at all.
Honestly, it was disgusting
