The delivery guys unfortunately broke a very sentimental ornament belonging to my wife and before that belonging to her Grandmother.
The guy apologies, but at the same time said I got a lot of them around my garden, I pointed out this was a gifted to my wife and very sentimental, I did not like his comment.
I hope to receive an apology from the Michael Murphy furniture shop

Bed and mattress delivered efficiently and on time.
Our new bed and mattress was delivered by Sean and Alan on time with very good communication on the day before and on the morning of delivery. Our old bed, mattress, and headboard was taken away. The new bed was assembled in no time at all. Sean explained important details on the new mattress. All in all, it was a very efficient delivery.

Thank you - Norman - Technician for sofa
I recently had the pleasure of having Norman visit our home to look at a couple of issues with our new sofa from Michael Murphy, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.
There was a small stain on the back of the sofa that had been bothering us, and Norman was able to clean it so well that it now looks completely like new. We also had a problem with one side of our recliner sofa making a strange noise. Norman took the time to work on it carefully and successfully fixed the issue—the noise is completely gone. On top of that, he kindly bolted the two sides of our recliner sofa together, which has made it much sturdier and more comfortable to use.
Throughout the entire visit, Norman was extremely professional while also being very friendly and easy to talk to. I truly felt that he cared about getting everything just right and that he would do everything he could to make our sofa perfect.

Staff were polite and professional
I was given a time frame of between 8 and 10am. Delivery arrived just gone 8am which allowed me get on with my day. So punctual. Barry and Aaran delivered a new mattress and took away the old one. The two men were polite and professional.
