I’m incredibly grateful to the whole team for helping me purchase my first property after spending the past 8 years living in a shared house. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming journey was made so smooth and straightforward thanks to everyone’s support, professionalism and patience.
A very special thank you to Jo and Louis, as well as Ollie, Lee and Kelan, who have all played an important part in this journey. A particular thank you to Kelan for being so patient and accommodating, especially after nearly a year of viewing properties with me!

We were met at the property by Chloe who was punctual, friendly, honest and professional. At no point did we feel rushed in our viewing. Chloe answered our questions with transparency and was clearly knowledgeable about the property.

Very patient with us at what was a very naturally stressful time, chased the other party as needed, gave good advice throughout and put our interests ahead of their own. Would recommend.

Not naming or shaming as not my style, but we were initially with another estate agent. Ok it was the school holidays and we did not have much interest when we first put it on the market. I get that. But there was no communication, no help and to be honest very stressful. When we took on Michael’s , immediately they were so friendly , kept us updated did all the hard work getting interest through the doors and we sold it more or less straight away. Well done Ollie for that and helping us throughout with yours and Lees help , it was stress free and would highly recommend them. Wish we had gone with you in the first place. Only reason was that particular estate agent was up the road from us, but they def need to be retrained to Michaels high standards. Then once sold Jo took on all the rest. And once again stress free, helpful polite and communication spot on. Thank you.ok gonna be honest there was a few hiccups on the way , but none that was your fault. Michaels have been exceptional from the very first time we contacted them to completion. Max visited us for a valuation and explained the whole process with kindness, patience and professionalism. Michaels had our property sold to our first viewers and the whole process only took three months. Their photos and description of the property are superb. When phoning the Colchester branch I was always left satisfied with the responses from them, if it was something that needed resolving it was dealt with swiftly and I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis. Jo was amazing with her support throughout the process, she dealt with issues that could have become stressful and reassured us when we had worries, a true pro. Michaels team have been outstanding from start to finish. Max was our first contact who came to our home to value it, he was kind, considerate and patient with all our questions, a true professional. The photography was first class and showed our house beautifully. Sold to first viewers and from there the team have been exceptional. They always answer the phone with politeness and have always helped us out with our queries to put our minds at rest. Jo has gone over and above to make the process smooth and stress free. Had a brilliant experience working with these guys on our sale. Every individual I interacted with was professional, friendly, enthusiastic and always did what they said they would do. When 3 estate agents couldn’t sell our property Michaels stepped in and had us sold. quickly, all very easy to deal with, polite professional and efficient.

From start of the process to the end the whole team have been supportive responsive and professional.no question was left unanswered(and I asked a lot)and emails were all responded to swiftly. Issues I had with the chain were all investigated and outcomes shared.
