ordered tea cosy over two months ago. Never arrived. Sent email and never heard back. A couple of weeks later after making the tea cosy purchase, I was called by my bank's fraud dept to say that a payment for €1 had tried to be debited from my account - the originator was based in the United States. Thankfully they blocked it and called me. The only online purchase I had made prior to this was with michaelteahiggins.com - no arrival of goods, no responses to emails, and then a fraud call. Not a legit company. AVOID.

Michaelteahiggins.com was a shockingly bad company to deal with. I never received the item, the person lied to me about postage dates and continually ignored my emails despite being online and knowing that I had a delivery issue. They kept asking me to wait one more day, one more day....but the would not open their emails to see that I still had not received the item. From online reviews it can be seen that they have done this to many customers. I was told they would refund me, and of course, they did not stick to their word. I had to get my bank to reclaim the funds and then later read a report from this company which lied about me and was slanderous. The worst customer service and company I have ever dealt with, no even phone number to call them on. I really recommend people avoid them as they have no respect for customers and no skills to manage a business (and you are a business as you take peoples money).
