Michael Wicks Garage Reviews 

First of all I would like to say a massive thank you to the whole team at Michael Wicks Garage! I felt so comfortable from just looking to begin with, to eventually taking one of their cars home. They were extremely helpful and courteous. I felt no pressure from the salesman to buy he just wanted help me find the right car, he pointed me towards a little black diesel polo (which is now mine). Everyone was so friendly and chatty I didn't even feel like I was buying a car, very professional but also personable.

I love my new car. When I picked it up, it was very well valeted and smelt almost new aha. The salesman even rang me a week after I took the car home to check how I was getting on.

The whole team at Michael Wicks Garage are a shining example of a great family run garage.

All was good with sale and car but unfortunately my son did not receive the log book for his vehicle.
Calling DVLA I was informed that Wicks entered the wrong address and the log book was sent there. Called Wicks and they will not accept any responsibility for this.
This means because of Wicks error my son now has to pay £25 to have the address changed to the correct address, there seems to be no consumer protection around this area.
I have just seen your reply and it is completely false, I still have the copy of what my son filled out and the is nothing incorrect. As you are not taking responsibility for your error I will now have to take it futher. I suggest you quickly check your used vehicle sales invoice No 5242

Honestly don't bother, they claim they're a small business, when infact they use that to con people! Never actually value the customers just in it for thr money and zero work

Absolutely miffed off with your garage you have charged me over £450 to fix my car and still the same fault that it came in with is wrong with the car . I dropped off the car Wednesday morning at 8.30 the car was spotless now I expected a bit of rain or surface water but it looks like whoever took it out for a drive went rallying in it , the wheel arches are caked with mud as are the wheel , my air fresheners were on the back seat instead of hanging up . As for the work you suppose to have done you could not even replace an air filter you put the old one back on I would not recommend your garage to anyone and I would warn people to be awear of taking there car into you for repairs as your not that good . What did you take the job on for if the job was too much for you then charge me over £450.00 you should have been man enough not to have take the job on as I feel I have wasted £450 . I wish I had not have paid it and you take me to court over it .

1st off i had every intension on buying a Mercedes from them and paid a deposit off 300 but my dad died so i had to pull out they will not give me a full refund witch i understand but they want even refund me hakf of it i could under stand if i didnt want the car and just backed outbut i backed out 2 days after i have no prob with the staff jut the policy and the fact the staff could be F to even try and help i wll be put a revwie eveyday till its sorted

cheaters.have repaired the machine for a month, but still did not fix it, now blocks everywhere, does not want money back

I really liked this mining company. Payments come very quickly, no more than 24 hours. A very convenient site, everything is scheduled and everything can be found. Recommend this company

Extremely dissapointed, after calling about a car on Friday and being told someone else was interested and viewing the car Saturday at mid-day we drove to view the car at about 11am but we was 2nd in place for the car so we said we would go get coffee n wait to see if the first ones turned up hoping fir a call by 1pm and nothing so we drove back to be told they hadn't managed to contact the first person, and they was going to give them now till end of play Saturday. We had our money in our bank ready to drive it away. So we headed back to Peterborough. No call to say its gone, or its still available n we can have it after all. This car still remains advertised on the website to this minute at almost 8pm Sunday evening with no courtesy call at all at any point on the Saturday or Sunday I find this extremely poor customer services. I feel very dissapointed for a family run business maybe u need slightly better customer services as we travelled from Peterborough in hopes the other people never arrived or didn't want it, we spent half a day sitting around waiting for nothing.
