I ordered 3 items and although they were quickly shipped through DHL, DHL told me I was responsible for $180 in costs or they could not deliver the items to me. I was away at the time and did not get the notice and when I followed up, I found out they sent the items back to Michele Franzese. I have yet to get my refund of those items. I am going to file a dispute because the site did not say that there were any duty charges. All sites I buy items from overseas includes the duty costs. The Euro is higher than the dollar so they are already earning much more $ on our purchases in the U.S. They should not also charge duty charges.
