Brilliant experience

Brilliant experience.
I ordered a dress arrived really quickly and beautifully packaged.
The dress itself was great, well made and exactly as described on the website. So lovely to get something that is a little bit different ( and it has pockets!)
Order comms were great too - really personal and helpful
Overall would recommend 10/10 🙂 and I’ll definitely be back

The bag was superb

The bag was superb, a beautiful green, better than the image and delivery was prompt.

rdered a few things from this site &…

I ordered a few things from this site & one of them was a dress the quality wasn't good at all the material was so thin you could see through it so I sent all items back as the other things weren't any good trousers too long, then next day I got a message through FB that they were only part refunding me as the dress was ripped at the back on the waistband well I was absolutely disgusted at this cause the reason I sent it back was because of the quality I never even tried it on so that rip must have been there when they sent it out so I definitely will not be ordering from this company again I'm so angry cause what am I meant to do with this dress that I don't like & it's ripped 😡

We are sorry that you have not been satisfied with our service. This is highly irregular from our customers. To add some context to you review, we would like to confirm that upon receipt of your order you messaged to state that you would like to return something and then was disappointed that we do not offer a paid postage for returns. We explained that we are a small independent business and it is vey unusual for small businesses to pay for return postage. Our terms clearly state this. You returned your whole order (two weeks after advising us that you would be returning your order and outside of our returns period) and wrote again to say that you would not shop with us again as it had cost you to return your items. We apologised again and you stated that it was a shame that we did not cover the cost of the return as the items were lovely. Your order was thoroughly checked before sending and there wasn’t any damage on the dress (or the other items). It was a navy blue cotton dress, great quality and not see through at all. Upon receiving your return, the order was checked and the seam at the waist was ripped. We processed the refund minus the dress due to the damage, advised you of the situation and returned the damaged item to you.
