Michigan MDHHS and health care providers commits Medicaid fraud

About 8 months ago I had a hearing with the Hearing Administration and MDHHS. Basically the "caseworker" and her supervisor lied and said they know more than the Washtenaw County director about processing applications. The supervisor listed on the hearing notice was not the person who was present.
Hearing Officer McClintock is not impartial because he is paid by MDHHS and will not rule against the people who sign his check.
A third party called Independent Medical Networks (Ginny Sutcliffe) filed a fraudulent Medicaid application and even though I called Venus Hughey several times to have the application canceled, she lied, saying that she never received my calls. In fact it was a month after I requested a hearing that she came across the request. Shows how incompetent MDHHS employees really are!! It's illegal to file a fraudulent application but it's not illegal for MDHHS to process a fraudulent application. But the governmental agencies don't want to pursue criminal charges against the perpetrators. They would actually have to do their job!! The Attorney General's office said there was no evidence of fraud by Ms Hughey because no investigation was ever conducted.
She and her supervisor said there was no reason to think the application was fraudulent. Nobody reached out to verify the information. That's why there is fraud going on. Because the employees of MDHSS are too lazy to verify the applications. The expenses on the application was $500 more per month than the listed income but this didn't raise a red flag!!
They knowingly accept fraudulent applications as long as it's filed by the health care providers or their third party representative. They commit felony fraud because they know that the government won't pursue criminal charges.
The illegal Medicaid can't be revoked. If I had committed fraud I would go to prison and have to repay all the money paid out. MDHHS sent me a letter stating that the Medicaid was canceled. The reason for the cancellation was that I was not eligible. But they can illegally approve me. To further prove her incompetence she illegally accessed my employment history!! No legal right but they have access to people's lives!!
Because of the illegal approval and cancellation I won't qualify for the UM Hospital Foundation. The only way I can get a much needed surgery is to pay $30,000-$40,000 out of pocket.
But since University of Michigan Health System, Independent Medical Networks and MDHHS committed fraud, no money will ever be paid back. The Attorney General, Inspector General and the governor aren't concerned when the health care provider and MDHHS commit fraud. They need to start doing their job!! They would pursue individuals who commit fraud. But not MDHHS, health care providers and third parties because it provides millions in illegal money.
I continue to declare that I have NEVER received Medicaid. This is the 3rd time in 9 years I was illegally put on Medicaid because everyone committed fraud to make sure they get paid with the federal money.
Sadly several people reviewing here have been denied or had benefits canceled because MDHSS employees are lazy and incompetent. People also say that caseworkers and supervisors don't answer the phone or return calls. That's so true!!! They also make decisions based on how much money MDHHS can profit. Basically MDHHS employees sit on their lazy behinds and get paid to do nothing.
The Inspector General and Attorney General have no interest to pursue any fraud by anyone because it helps pay their check.
We need to contact Ronnie Peterson, Jeff Irwin and Gretchen Whitmer to have the laws changed and enforced. Make the lazy incompetents actually do the jobs for which they are paid!!
