It feels like a scam, the online payments don’t work
It feels like a scam. The card and PayPal payments don’t go through, then you receive an automatic mail saying, ‘ We have encountered an error while processing your payment for your order with the reference … from Michonet. Please contact us as soon as possible.
You can expect delivery as soon as your payment is received.’ Then they want you to transfer money directly on their bank account, but after that you can’t see on their website that the order has been processed. After lots of back and forth with the customer care (which is pretty bad), the item arrived after 12 days instead of the 2 advertised for the peninsula… And then the item was different than on the photos. You pay for the return and a month later I said I’d give them another go and order something else, but it’s the same … the website payments don’t work … There are plenty of other nice online shops that work, so not worth the bother.

Regarding our payment methods and policies, the information published
on our website is clear and works for all our customers. If, even so,
none of our payment options suit your needs, we offer an alternative,
as we did in your case via email.
The garment we sent you was exactly the one in your initial order. If
you wanted a different one, it would have been ideal to have specified
this by email.
Our products have a description of how they fit, colours, composition
and care, as well as photos from different perspectives and
silhouettes to make it as true to reality as possible.
Our customer service team rigorously manages all orders and emails, as
has been done with your requirements during all the process since the begining trying to help you in all the inconveniences that you could have had, in the time stipulated in our
commitment to the customer, always trying to offer you an alternative
that suits your needs.
We would like to apologise again for the delay in delivery. It is true
that once it leaves our warehouses, it is the courier company that is
responsible for the delivery on time and for that very reason we have
filed a complaint with said company. Even so, we are responsible for
your complaint.
Your refund has not been charged for the inconvenience of the delay.
