Chantelle at the Baldock branch dealt very sensitively with our OAP haircut today. Very friendly; respectful of the client; free beer was a bonus! I will definitely be getting my husband to book his next cut with Mick's.

Terrible service
Went to their Hertford location and got a haircut from Rob. Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, the sides aren’t even and he cut the top too short. Never going back there again.

First time I have used Mick's and it was perfect. James cut my hair, did a great job, was quick, accurate and had a nice chat with him. Would recommend and I would definitely use again.
