They’ve just gone through a rebranding and are now going under the name Cellcore and all the points I had accumulated buying their products (5552 points, which would be a lot of credits) got completely wiped. I have gotten in touch with them but they are ignoring my emails about it. Poor customer service, there are a lot of cheaper and equally good supplements on the market.
They told me they would refund me. They didn't do it so far despite many emails I've sent on this issue. They just ignore me and don't refund me.
What a HORRIBLE company - don't buy from them.
I have so bad experience with that company. I ordered two different items to be delivered to the UK. They lied to me about refund as I never received the goods. Finally I had to ask my family from USA for help as I was permanently ignored and lied to. They also blocked me on Facebook as I cannot put any comments.
Been buying their mimosa pudica for over a year, worms still coming out. Not sure if they are worms to be honest.
Some say its mucus plaques, other say its rope worm.
