The service was excellent
The service was excellent. I received updates on my personal account about the repair (and notifications by email) and I paid online for the service. My MacBook Pro had a problem with its battery and it had to be replaiced. It was repaired in 10 days and now it works perfectly. Great job!
I definitely recommend this company for their service!
I decided to go there to leave and pick up my laptop and it was very handy.

The service Microfix provided was fast and excellent
The service Microfix provided was excellent at every point: setting an appointment, initial consultation, communication about repair progress, return and testing. I dropped my computer off on a Thursday. The estimated time for the service was up to six working days (not including the weekend), but the work was done much sooner. They evaluated the repair needs the day I dropped it off an ordered the parts (I received an update that day). The part was delivered the next day (I received an update that day). They contacted me Monday that the repair was completed and I could pick up the computer. In the three weeks since the repair, my computer is working as it should.

DONT TRUST THEM
DONT TRUST THEM. I sent my computer to Microfix, they LOST my device, and haven’t compensated me for the loss. It’s been 2 MONTHS and they haven’t solved anything. When I ask, they just say “we are still waiting for a response”. ALL - THE - TIME. It’s the worst service I had in this country.
