I don’t get the negative reviews and those saying is a “scam.” I ordered the Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait in 5ml. It arrived safely and smells exactly like the full bottle I already own directly from MFK. Ordered this size to travel with. I’m very pleased with it.

Total scam!!!! They charge you are you are going to get actual samples of the brands of cologne you are buying but switch with a knock off of the real cologne!!!

I reach out to let Microperfumes their viles are leaking. They stated that since I ordered a cologne months ago they wouldn’t replace it. I would avoid them, as they are sweeping to issue under the rug with no resolution.

This site is a total scam, not only do they NOT have permission from the fragrance companies. They don't tell you ALL SALES ARE FINAL. What a scam. The customer service is run by scammers as well. Going round and round about policy that isn't listed on your purchase receipt. NEVER AGAIN

Great site to buy perfume. Good prices. I love the small size options that allow me to test before buying larger sizes. They ship quickly. However, for customers in Canada, do not use Canada Post. It takes so long to receive the package. My package has been delayed for 2 weeks, they keep it in the warehouse for so long. It's always like this with them, it's known in Canada to be long. And they often go on strike. If you could optimize your shipping to Canada with another supplier, maybe even cheaper, that would be great. It's your neighboring country so there is a big market there.

I purchased samples dec 26, it jan 4, I still did not get my order. Anyone on here giving a good review probably works for this company.

Was incredibly skeptical of microperfumes but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by them! They shipped my items hours after my purchase and it arrived in less than 4 days! The mini samples are the perfect way to test out different scents. The travel sizes are the perfect price for such a generous amount, and there’s always deals going! I would recommend to anyone that this site is legit and amazing!

Paid for express shipping and they decide to take my money and send it through US not mail coming 8 days later. No customer service to speak to. Just automated first experience was good.. Never again I'll stick with fragrance net

This is designed for inattentive shoppers who don't pay attention to details and don't double-check the price of each item in the cart. I had 13 items totaling $367, but I checked each item and was surprised that the price was different upwards. I sent several inquiries about this but did not receive a response to any of them. I purchased 3 travel sprays and get 1 50% off special. I am extremely disappointed that the baccarat which was the one that was 50% off was nothing but rubbing alcohol. Ya’ll made me pay $19 for a bottle of rubbing alcohol like wtf? I feel scammed and I would like a refund.

I purchased some travel size fragrances for my wife. First time I went to use it, nothing came out. I contacted Microperfumes, but they were unwilling to help because it had been 60 days since I purchased. Thought it might be a fluke, so ordered again. The perfume sprayed when I did a test spray, but when we traveled, it no longer worked. I ended up pulling the unit apart and found that there is a fragrance in the container, but it won't spray. Microperfumes customer service is terrible. They were completely unwilling to help. Buyer bewarre.
