Very Poor Support - Extremely Unsatisfied
I contacted Microsoft support four times regarding the same issue. Each time, the solution provided was only temporary, and the last interaction felt like a complete waste of time. The support assistants seemed more focused on rigidly following their internal scripts than truly listening to the problem or considering the solutions I had already attempted.
It's frustrating that they fail to acknowledge that, before reaching out, customers often exhaust every possible solution and explore online suggestions. This lack of attentiveness and understanding makes for a very poor customer experience.
Given the expensive cost of their products, I’m left questioning whether they are still worth relying on. Extremely dissatisfied.

Having major problems with sending…
Having major problems with sending emails and attachments are out of the question (using app or browser). Been over a week now and they respond every 1-3 days with superficial advice or a promise to get back. I'm paying for an Office365 subscription but don't seem to get anything back for the money. Don't use them!

Office Activation issue
I contacted Microsoft Customer support UK as my student version of office 2013 was giving a geographical error while I was going through the activation process. However I was in the very same house and location where I first registered the product. I wasted my time with a junior guy from customer support who said he was powerless to help. He said he would hand my case onto someone who could solve my problem and that I would receive an email in six minutes later. Four days later and I have had no email or contact regarding my problem from Microsoft. I had expected better service from a trillion dollar company!
