I received my order very quickly by post. But the small watch box was put ito a much larger box without any inner wrapping to prevent it from moving atound and risking damage during transport. Fortunately no damage but easily could have been.

one star, as there is no way to set ZERO. the next day speedy delivery is so good that i am still waiting for the goods to arrive 4 days after the purchase order.
i have just received a feedback from microsoft with a comment that speed delivery does not apply to large items. i come to the website again to check in case i have made a mistake, it is clear there the delivery it is next day.

I ordered a Macbook Pro on a promotional price. I put the product in my shopping basket and was urged for registration. There was a slight delay in sending the registration code, total process took about 3-4 minutes. When I returned to my basket in order to pay it showed „product is no longer available“.
To top this highly negative customer experience I called their „service“ center. I was offered the product at regular price with an unknown delivery date. It would have been my fault to register, I could have issued payment without registration. I have never experienced a higher level of ignorance and arrogance. Thank you to brack.ch for sending the product with confirmed delivery within 10 days at nearly the same price.

Appreciate a further comment on your service center: "it was my fault to register." Following your imposed check out process caused the problem. Is your service center aware on the processes you impose on your customer during check out? Is the above answer following your business strategy?
Simply have the respect to admit your poor service levels. Arrogance and ignorance are poor advisors to a service business.

I ordered a Macbook Air on Black Friday. When I ordered it, it was on stock and they send me an email that I will receive it 30th November, at Coop. On the 29th I received an email from Post that they have the order, and the status of the order shows that it was send on 29th November 7:28. I visited Coop, I visited Post, they informed me that I should wait for one more email that the delivery is ready to collect. I never received an other email or any other information. When I called them 2 days ago to ask where is my delivery they told me that they can't figure out what happened they will send me an email. I didn't receive any answer. After I called them back again they told me that a mistake happened with my delivery 😒, and they don't know when, if ever they will be able to deliver my order.
After I had a look in their website I saw that they do have exactly the same product but in other colour. I asked them to send me another colour but they answered that in that case I have to pay the full price. When I asked why I should pay 100francs more because they lost my order got no response.

Order sent to the address which is not used for many years but somehow is still in the system. On the line several time with quickpack and provided the new address but they cannot do anything and instead pf that they tried to deliver the package on the same wrong address. In my account not possible to provide deliver address or that there is option to check which is address already saved

Recently I ordered four articles from microspot: two mobile phone cases and two protection glasses. After a few days I received only two articles.
For remaining two articles, I had to contact them 4 times up to now and the issue is not resolved yet...
For one of remaining articles they sent an email that delivery date is unknown, although in their website expected delivery date is the following day!!
For the other article, first they claimed that has been sent and probably it has been stolen!!
Now, after almost two weeks, I received a wrong article from their them....

I have order 4 articles, but received only 3. I was contacting customer service but nobody get back to me after 3+ days (Case: 00168568).
I have order items on 26.11.2021 (0725228669) and today 10.12.2021 still waiting for response or even better for my item to be delivered.
EDIT: I have received the replacement for my delivery today.

I ordered a running arm sleeve for my iPhone, it was never delivered and when I reported it, multiple times with Microspot customer support no accountability was shown. Finally after posting on trust pilot my issue as resolved.

This has happened to me with microspot.ch:
27.09.2021 I receive a refrigerator (KIBERNETIK KS130L02) that I have ordered but it comes with a knock in the transport. I take photos and send them to support (support(a)microspot.ch).
29.09.2021 I receive a reply. They apologize. They offer me 20chf of "compensation" in exchange for not returning the refrigerator. I respond in 2 hours to the message and I say no.
05.10.2021 I write another message asking what happens with the refrigerator. They do not answer.
10.10.2021 I write again to ask for a solution to the issue.
11.10.2021 They respond by apologizing because they are busy, and they tell me that they are going to ask the carrier (2 weeks after notifying them !!)
18.10.2021 I wrote asking for explanations, a week has passed and they have not answered anything.
26.10.2021 I still have no answer, a month has already passed. I give them a legal deadline to solve the issue, otherwise i take legal action
now i'll wait a week more and we'll see what's gonna happen...

I ordered a pasta machine about a year ago. Delivery has been delayed every couple of months, still pending. If you check their website, they state a delivery date that apparently they are unlikely to hold, which makes it a scam, because they already got your money. Don't want to get refund either because I would lose the fees from the payment transaction, which were substantial. They never said any reason for each time they postponed the delivery, even if I asked, they just apologize and ask to be patient. They might not have the machine at all.
EDIT: You (microspot.ch) don't need my purchase details, I just so let you know that this is about the NOUVEL pasta machine. If there is more than one customer waiting months for this product then, first of all, shame on you, and second, kindly solve this situation with all of us.
I see other reviews of products having their due date delayed. If you are willing to resolve this endless waiting once and for all, I would propose you offer to issue a gift card for the same value of the item they purchased to any customer that has been waiting more than 3 months delay.
