The received item does not work. Called Microspot support, after many tries finally got a person to help. They propose to replace. Still waiting for the email with the RMA number after one week !
Very bad support, it's not the first time.
Mauvais support. MAlheureusement ce n'est pas la première fois ! J'ai reçu l'article commandé, toutefois il présente un défaut. Après plusieurs essais infructueux (hotline surchargée) j'ai finalement eu un conseiuler qui m'a proposé de remplacer le produit (neuf). Two bad experiences: for one order I received a confirmation number and then the order "disappeared" - no apology or explanation. It just vanished. Very unprofessional.
Second order: prices are attractive, but if you send something back that you opened, they automatically deduct 20% of the price (and probably sell it as new again) because you cannot tell the packet was opened.

Really unhappy with the service. I have placed and order for HP printer 7134
1) Order placed during Black friday deal on 27-Nov-2020
2) At the time of ordering the delivery was within mid Dec month
3) Post ordering and payment, delivery changed to 13 Jan 2020
4) For new orders the delivery shown on product details was before Christmas while for my older order is Jan.
5) Contacted customer support via contact form on website on 8-Dec-2020 asking why my order which is already placed is having so late delivery while new orders its showing dates before me.
6) No response ever from customer service.
7) Called customer service on 12-Jan-2021 asking status and customer service said that I would get the delivery on 13-Jan-2021. I further enquired that to get delivery on 13-Jan they need to ship atleast on 12Jan. They mentioned that they have already shipped and that shipment number was not updated in my order yet.
8) Received system mail on 13-Jan-2021 that delivery has been delayed to 02-Feb-202, this is absolutely absurd and cant believe it can happen in switzerland.
I seriously doubt that they will really deliver me a proper product.
Be care full on this site while buying products with discounts or in deal. They may not deliver and you get frustrated.

I finally received my printer on 02-Feb-2020.
Considering that they finally delivered, changing the rating to 3 star. Remaining two start deducted for the ordeal I had to go through due to delays
Very bad experience. I do not recommand Microspot. I ordered an IPhone mid-December. The delivery company called me one time, and then they returned automatically the package (they never tried to call the interphone). I asked Microspot to plan a second delivery but they said “they need to get the package returned, before programming a new delivery”. I specially told them that I have to travel and I need a phone ASAP. It has been two weeks since I asked them to refund and I am still waiting. I have been calling them several times since my first order. They never reply to my e-mails and once a while to my calls. They have such a bad customer service. I want my money back. Microspot.ch steal my money. They do not send me the watch I purchase nor they refund my credit card. They are thugs and do not answer any of my reclamation via e-mail or by postal letter. That's amazing happening in Switzerland.

Problem with credit card payment, the bank details provided for bank transfer were not sufficient, no response from Microspot.ch Support, I made another time the same order and this time credit card payment worked. I sent another e-mail to Microspot.ch Support asking to cancel first order, still no response.
I have ordered by microspot.ch an iPhone 12 mini on 11.12.2020, knowing that it would be delivered on beginning of 2021 ("Erhältlich ab Donnestag 31.12.2020”). However some days later I checked the delivery status and I was surprised by: Delivery foreseen on 11.12.2021. (???) (“Voraussichtlicher Liefertermin: 10.12.2021”). What does it mean?
I have not ordered something to be delivered in one year from now. If this is a mistake, I want their confirmation and information of the actual delivery date.
I have been trying to communicate with Microspot via email since last week. And NO answer at all. The Customer’s phone number (+41 31 853 5353), has an automatic answer saying that all of their representatives are occupied, no matter when, which language you choose and how many times you call.
If this order cannot be delivered by beginning of 2021, as promised by the purchase time, then I would like to cancel it immediately, and have the money I paid for it back. (To cash the money they have not waited any time).
It is absolutely unacceptable that Microspot has no time to answer Customer questions.
This Microspot behaviour is a lack of respect with the Customer.

Microspot usually ships within 1 or 2 days, as stated on their website. After contacting the support on Wednesday I still did not receive an answer.
Mentioning that they don’t reserve the item until they receive the payment (which is no problem at all) BUT accepting it knowing they are not able to ship the item anymore and not giving any information to me at all is not okay (when bought the item was in stock - i even received a shipping date). Hoping I finally get some information about my shipping.

I placed an order on November 28th and the site clearly mentioned that the product was in stock and ready to ship with delivery set for 2 to 3 days. The delivery date assigned was Dec 3rd and guess what, nothing. On the same day sent them an email on the contact listed (since the phone calls automatically say there is nobody available) that took them 5 days to reply saying that the delivery date could not be met and no forecast given. Sent another 4 emails asking for order cancellation that were not responded. So right now I have zero information about the order and no way to contact the company but yes, the credit card was charged right away. Avoid at all costs!!

EDIT 1: Thanks for getting in touch and addressing the issue. It is just sad that costumers need to come to social media and sites like Trustpilot in order to get a quick response from the company. This does not change my perception of the company and the experience buying from them online.

Made a purchase 5 days ago, for pickup instead of delivery to get it asap. My order hasn't even been shipped out to the store yet.
I originally thought I would be able to pick it up on the same day, given the website makes you chose a store nearby that is open.
I sent an email 2 days ago: no reply
I called 3 times: all operators are busy. No help.
This was my first and last time ordering on Microspot.
PS: my order was for diapers..... so nothing exotic/expensive/etc... and typically a product with a big turnover.

Thank you Microspot for your time to reply. Unfortunately, I cannot reply to your comment above. The biggest issue wasn't the delivery date which I can wait 1 extra day (not a big deal), but that a 700 CHF parcel was delivered (by Post) without any signature, tracking number, ID, outside of somebody's door. That's something that really worries me if I do any (expensive) future purchases with you...

It was my first purchase with Microspot.
I ordered the product on the 20th of November. On the confirmation email I received they gave me as a delivery day the 24th. On the 23rd I received an email that the product has been delivered to me and the status on my account on microspot was Livré.
On the 24th I called twice customer service (after 10 times I've tried because all the lines were occupied) and both of the guys I've talked, had no idea...
On the 25th in the morning, I called again the line, and once again they had no idea about the parcel.
Long story short, I received the product later that day on the 25th by POST.
I found the product on the right floor, outside the wrong door.
NOBODY RANG THE BELL, NOBODY ASKED FOR ID, NOBODY ASKED FOR ORDER NUMBER ETC.
You cannot leave a 700 CHF product wherever you like just because you are lazy enough or in rush. Simple as that.

Worst Company I have buyied something. I had to sent my laptop as it didn't work anymore. I had to send my laptop directly to ACER in Switzerland (I am Swiss), the Acer Company told me that they repaired it and they send it back. The laptop never came to me, after 1 week I called microspot and they told me that the laptop came somewhere in Switzerland at a microspot company but they didn't know where it is. So they definitely lost my laptot and they didn't say anything. I had to call them back (60 minutes to wait someone pick the phone up) one week later just to hear that they didn't have my laptop anymore. They refound something for the lost, but all my data was lost and as I ask for replacement damage, I never recieve any answers anymore.
AVOID this COMPANY!
