Got Howuku deal on AppSumo > evolved into Mido.so > it does not really work :(

We purchased Howuku deal on AppSumo (later it was changed to Mida.so), started using it only after few months from purchase, only to discover that Product does NOT really work.

A/B tests data is not collected, issue repeated on multiple A/B tests team started, had to write to support, which seemingly solved some issues, in other cases failed to respond for 5-6 days and it seems like a dead service. It is a shame, as our team tried to support new services by using them and providing feedback, but we regret buying it.
