Eine absolute Frechheit und Enttäuschung! Midea PortaSplit-E

Wir haben das Gerät (Midea PortaSplit) vor gerade einmal zwei Tagen erhalten (Verkäufer: Midea Europe, Versand durch Amazon) und sind schockiert, verärgert und maßlos enttäuscht.

Das Gerät war sichtlich gebraucht (Gebrauchsspuren, teils verschmutzt) und obendrein hat auch noch die Fernbedienung gefehlt. Als wäre das nicht genug, kam nach noch nicht einmal 10 Minuten Betriebsdauer direkt der Fehlercode EL 0C.

Ein gebrauchtes, defektes Produkt als Neugerät zu verschicken, ist eine Frechheit sondersgleichen! Das Gerät wird zum Glück morgen wieder abgeholt und wir fordern den gesamten Betrag umgehend zurück. Keine Empfehlung!
