Avoid this company. They are scammers. I ordered bunny plushies for my kids 2 months ago, and it was never sent, and they won't refund me. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but they just ignore my emails and refuse to help me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are scammers. Wish I’d read reviews on here before. The shoes I bought took 3 weeks to come and look nothing like the advert. They charged me more than meant to as said it had to converted to US dollars so ended up costing £35. They are really plasticky and made very cheaply, I’d be embarrassed to wear them. The video selling them made out they were handmade and good quality. When I got them I straight away emailed them and told them I wanted to send them back but they say they don’t take returns as its too far in China (though their website does have a returns policy). They said it would cost me too much in postage (actually I worked out it would only be a few £s). Anyway kept emailing them asking for return address, they kept saying they would give me a refund for £4, £6 and finally £10 if didn’t return them. In the end I agreed to the £10 (even though it wouldn’t cost me much to send them back) but this was 2 months ago. Still no refund after multiple emails and they are just ignoring my emails now. This company should be shut down for false advertising and not allowing returns of products. Complete scammers, as many others have said, I wouldn’t even give them one star if that was possible.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from these scammers. They sent me the wrong size, then denied they had done this even though I had proof. After 4 months of emailing they still refuse to either exchange or refund. They have offered £5 compensation for a £25 order! Imagine how much money they are making by doing this. Don’t buy from these fraudsters

I ordered sandals and they were the wrong size. They refused to accept this and despite raising a dispute I ended up losing money. A very upsetting experience and I advise anyone to avoid this company.

3 weeks to arrive and shoes were the wrong size and the wrong colour.
Will post warning on social media.

Would rate less that zero if there was a choice. Same as everyone else. Wrong size, ridiculously unhelpful customer service, kept saying all the inside sizes of the shoes are the same whatever size you order. Offered £5 and to keep the massive shoes. So unhelpful and stressful. I ended up contacting my bank to do a dispute.. thanks for that advice.

Don’t touch with a bargepole!

Horrendous. Ordered trainers and when they came they looked like clown shoes and they sent the wrong size! Refused to give refund saying, “thank you for your understanding.”

Horrendous quality, over priced and can’t even send the right item.

Wouldn’t even give one star complete scam …pictures are definitely stolen from genuine products and what you receive is a look alike extremely bad unwearable joke…So the scam is make a website steal photos of products that are likable and then except money orders,send everyone a email confirming your item has been shipped so can’t get a refund or cancel your order..website then closes your unable to contact suppliers…and just for safe measures they send u a hand made joke that is so bad u wouldn’t even donate to charity..PLEASE PEOPLE CHECK REVIEWS Don’t order anything from random site on Facebook 😡

Horrendous company to deal with, ordered 2 pairs of trainers received them & they are nothing like the advert poor quality, stink of glue, creased, poor stitching & very light weight

I have been emailing them daily & they are saying I cannot return them as there is nothing wrong with them, told them I paid a U.K. company & therefore I can as I’m protected by the U.K. online & distance selling regulations, this has made no difference so I advised them they have left me with no other option than to process a chargeback via my credit card company, do not buy from this company

I’m on 53 tiring emails later. Like someone said it’s not about the money it’s principal. Wrong size shoes sent to me as well.

I’ve now gone through the bank. PURCHASE DISPUTES, CHARGEBACK CLAIM.

They are now fighting it. This company needs shutting down.

Sent out wrong size but insisting they sent the right size despite having photo graph with wring size on. Apparently they cannot offer refund or return.
I have contact the after sales department which could take along time so they recommend I just keep the product.

Quality is shocking and not worth the money I have paid.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this company. Despite claiming they are uK-based my order seemed to be shipped from San Jose and another one was shipped from China. The shoes arrived after almost 2 months and were not true to the adverts online. The quality of the shoes are absolutely horrendous, they claim to help bad back but the only thing they’ll do is give you a bad back. They’re not even a proper shoe. They stink of glue, the stitching is terrible, and they’re so light they could blow away in the wind. I contacted them the day after delivery and I have been in touch most days since and each time they reply saying thank you for your understanding but there’s nothing wrong with the quality of our shoes. They have said on two occasions they will contact the manufacturer to ensure they do a better job. If there’s nothing wrong with the quality why are they contradicting themselves. Do not order from this company, they don’t care, their products are terrible, and based on the terrible reviews on here they know about it but still state that they have superior quality shoes. I will never buy from them again.

They sent me the wrong size of sandals!! Despite months of complaining they’ve ignored me!! They stated uk but they came from China to USA to UK. I did get an automated reply stating someone would be in touch with me within12 hours. Nobody has.

They send the wrong sizes charge you £58 and then expect you to return them at your cost to China even though it was their error!!!!!

Received sandals. Not as advertised. Even wrong size sent. Cheap and nasty. have requested to return, and get a full refund, but this request seems to be impossible. do not buy , you will regret. Rubbish

Ordered two shirts 3XL received two shirts for children size

Ordered shoes mum wanted for mothers day, company said they would arrive within 1-2 weeks. 4 weeks later they turn up. Horrendous quality. Cheap and poorly made. I can't even describe how bad these shoes were. Same day they arrived, I emailed and asked for a return and refund... The told me they would have to contact their after sales department which takes a long time so they recommend keeping the shoes. Obviously they recommend keeping them, so they can keep the money. I told them I don't want to keep them so they offered me £3 compensation. I'm sorry but that is just taking the mick. I checked the website and it clearly states customers can return items within 14 days and receive a refund, which I am trying to do but they are trying to make it difficult because they think I will just give in? It's not even about the money, it is about the principle. I have reported them to the consumer ombudsman with all email evidence and proof from their website showing they do offer refunds. They keep telling me via email they strive to do better and better... So give me my money back and let me return your awful shoes. They are unused and still in the bag you sent them to me in. They have emailed me saying they are passing this to their supervisor to help because they tried to help me as much as they can? How is fobbing me off helping me as much as you can. Your website says you can offer refunds within 14 days, I emailed the SAME DAY the shoes came. I honestly don't know what is worse... The shoes or the customer service. Avoid this company at all cost. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I swear you can get better quality shoes for less in a supermarket. Horrible company. Disgusted with the service I have received.

Avoid at all costs!! Claim to be a UK based company - they ship from US but they are based in Shezhen - China!
The shoes/trainers I received (after a month since ordering) were awful quality, cheap, smelt of glue and had no rubber soles - just all cheap plastic! I complained and they only offered me a refund of £3 and when I demanded a full refund and said I would return the items or that I would give them a bad review and complain to PayPal, they said they would refund me if I returned the items tracked by courier to an address in China!!!! The cheapest courier cost is just over £22 and I’m still not convinced they will say they have received them or refund them money.
