Looking for a particular brand and type of Japanese incense, I came across Midgaardshop.be and placed an order as their prices and shipping charges seemed very reasonable. The shipping and delivery to me (outside Belgium) was extremely fast and the item I received is of excellent quality. I do heartily recommend Midgaardshop.be!

Thank you for the fast delivery of my copper waterbottle. Sad to see there was a plastic bag around it. Paper would be better. I bought this bottle to try to reduce my contribution to the plastic soup. In the box I got a free sample of a very wastefull one time use only plastic drinking vitamins waterbag...Promoting this feels like you as a company should sit down and take some time to rethink what you are willing to support and promote. What are you doing as a company to reduce plastic? You use "sustainability" in your slogan. Act like it.

We share your concern regarding packaging, all the packaging we purchase are of sustainable origin but we also re-use packaging and fillers we get from our suppliers. So it is possible that some packages are with plastics but these are not single use but are re-used.
Regarding the protein bag, we received these from our supplier as a part of promotion on their part; we didn't request them. We notified the supplier that we prefer to be contacted if samples are available. The batch we've got we've used them, again, because this makes more sense than to ship them back or just to discard them.

The service was fast and I am very happy that I have ordered from you. I have ordered 3 Thai inhalors in metal casing. Two of them were originally sealed and the third one not (scotch- taped). Perhaps it's because the lid doesn't really fit tightly onto the container but, I guess, it's the fault of tbe manufacturer...Otherwise, all' s perfect! Thank you for a great service!
