I have been with Midland Alarms Systems for many years now and they took over an alarm that was already installed and have been able to maintain it for as long as they can. Just been quoted for a new updated alarm system by them Mike was amazing understood what was needed in the house and was able to advise thoroughly and it will be fitted next week you can’t beat that for service 

We encountered a line fault in our system covered by a service contract with Midlands Alarm. Utilizing Securecom, they conducted a remote diagnosis, swiftly resolving the issue within 10 minutes. Additionally, they performed a firmware upgrade, underscoring the importance of having a fully operational system in today's context. The Securecom system enabled a prompt resolution without the need to wait for an on-site engineer.

We had two members of staff fitting our domestic CCTV system. Both were efficient, knowledgeable and polite. They were careful to ensure that we were completely happy with how the finished system worked and satisfied with the job. Will follow up in a few days to make sure all is good.
This is the second time we have used the company- already have a burglar alarm system fitted. Very happy with that too.
