Very disappointed with Midland Turbo. Our working relationship was very good but over the last 12 months it appears that the quality and support is no longer important.
Warranty is a word they use but wont honour.
Great service. Did some research on where to send the turbo from my 40 year old Audi. Rang up and they arranged next day collection, 5 days later had a call saying it was ready and told my what had made it fail so I could do further investigations with the engine. Arrived the follow day looking like new. Great, professional and friendly service.
Sent a pair of turbos away for vw crafter bi turbo for a full refurb, Went a week over schedule once returned part of the turbos was bagged up with the heat shield DAMAGED and various other parts chucked in that hadn't been done. Sourced the parts from vw to repair it myself but midlands turbos wont accept fault or cover the damage costs. overall shoddy workmanship and poor customer service.
Excellent experience, I took a good look around before sending my turbo away for repair. I gave midland turbo ago and the service A+ very I would recommend this company
Excellent service from these guys. I had a particularly specialist turbo for my discovery TD5 that other companies could not repair but after contacting Nathan there was no issue at all. Turnaround was excellent as was the customer service> Thanks to all at Midland Turbo I highly recommend you.
