Very disappointed with the customer support. My perfume arrived broken and I still haven’t gotten a reply from customer support 6 weeks later. I have sent them several emails and messages on instagram.
Order never arrived, no refund, no response
Made an order on June 22nd. It’s already over a month and I haven’t received it. No refund, no response from customer service. Super disappointing.
Update: refund received - 3rd of August.
Love all midnight products I’ve tried! My top three favorites are: the hair mask, the shower gel and the body balm. It makes the skin so soft! The products are affordable and long-lasting.
It took ages to process the order. After cancelling the order, the money was only transferred back after several reminders and demands. Very poor customer service
I had such a great experience with Midnight! I ordered their oils and shampoos, and both were even better than I expected. The oil leaves my skin soft and glowing without feeling heavy, and the shampoo has made my hair feel healthier than ever. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic—super friendly and quick to answer my questions. My order arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully. So happy to have found this brand; I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
