Midnight Deal ist am 01.08.2023 offiziell pleite.
Unsere Reservierung bei Valamar in Rabac, Kroatien, wurde storniert, da kein Geld überwiesen wurde. Wir haben die Rechnung am 23. Mai 2023, mehr als 2 Monate im Voraus, an Midnight Deal bezahlt.
Die Insolvenzverwalterin (Mag. Beate Holper als Massenverwalter) sendet eine E-Mail mit Links zur Geltendmachung etwaiger offener Forderungen im Insolvenzverfahren über das Vermögen der Midnight Deal GmbH, der Insolvenzverwalter empfiehlt die Kontaktaufnahme mit den Gläubigerschutzverbänden (AKV, KSV oder ÖVC) Kreditreform)).
Ich denke, dass Einzelforderungen (wie unsere mit 1666 Euro) für eine Forderung zu gering sind. Creditreform beginnt mit der Bearbeitung von Forderungen ab 3000 Euro.
Wir müssen uns zusammenschließen und unsere Ansprüche bündeln, um sie überhaupt vor Gericht zu bringen.

Midnight Deal officially bankrupt on 01.08.2023.
Our reservation on Valamar in Rabac, Croatia was canceled as no money was transferred. We paid the invoice to Midnight Deal on 23 May 2023, more than 2 months in advance.
The insolvency administrator (Mag. Beate Holper als Massenverwalter) sends an email with links for the assertion of any open claims in the insolvency proceedings regarding the assets of Midnight Deal GmbH, the liquidator recommends contacting the creditor protection associations (AKV, KSV or ÖVC (creditreform)).
I think separate claims (like ours at 1666 Eur) are too small for a claim. Creditreform starts to work with more than 3000 Eur claims.
We need to team up and bundle our claims to even get them to court.

Holidays in Tyrol
This time we booked through midnightdeal in two hotels in South Tyrol and Tyrol. Everything was great, no problems at check in and check out. Both hotels were great, only in one hotel in Tyrol did the service get a bit complicated and we had to remind them several times to bring us food.
