Wish I’d have checked here first

Wish I’d have checked here first. Ordered a grey jumpsuit - got sent a cheap pink t-shirt. Emails result in the offer of 15% ‘compensation’ as there is ‘something wrong’ with the warehouse system.
Don’t bother.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BS WEBSITE! TOTAL SCAMMER!

Can’t agree more with all the other reviews already posted! Anyone looking to order should do a review check before ordering, I wish I had!!
TOTAL scam and full of bs acting as if they provide some customer service support, only to tell me that despite they shipped some rubbish cheap yoga pants instead of the bookend puzzles I had ordered, at the value difference of more than $35, they would happily refund me 15% of my order placed. Not even attempt to try and resend my correct order.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Do not buy from this site!!!!

Bought and paid for four(4) of their wooden puzzle bookends sold on Facebook I paid $49.95 including shipping and received my confirmation. About 4 weeks later I received a cheap woman’s t-shirt. I emailed the company and while they acknowledge the mistake, they will not ship the correct product and only want to provide a 20%refund. Numerous emails later, they insist I mail the shirt back at my expense. Numerous others on Facebook have had similar complaints. Total fraud.

They are fighting me on a full refund and keep offering a percentage back, im on my 10th email with them. Please do not purchase anything from this company!! I will have to chalk this up to being more observant.

TOTAL SCAM SELLER

Same experience as another customer. I received poor quality socks instead of book puzzle. First they offered 15% refund; next they offered 25% refund. They replied that I would need to return the socks to a overseas
address at my expense and wait for 30 days for any refund.

Likely a scam - buyer beware!

On 29 January 2023 I placed an order with this company for three x 3D Wooden Puzzle Bookends. The money was taken from my account, and the item was despatched on the 30th January, all looked good.
On 7th February 2023 I received my parcel from Midoary! Much excitement! However... it appeared somewhat smaller than I was expecting, and was quite squishy. I opened the parcel, only to find... a T-shirt and a packet of socks. I was a bit disconcerted, however we all know mistakes happen so I contacted the company very politely to advise of this error. I asked them to collect the incorrect item, and to re-ship the correct item to me. And this is where the "fun" starts.
I received a reply on the same day (7th February) advising that they had contacted their suppliers to let them know there was a quality issue, and offering me a 25% refund. I replied on 8th January to advise that this was in fact not a quality issue, but rather a picking and packing issue as I had not received the items I had purchased! I clearly stated that I had not ordered clothing, and reminded them again of the items that I had ordered. I stated that I was not happy with their offer of returning 25% of my money to me for items that I had not wished to purchase.
Later that same day (8th Feb) Midoary contacted me to advise that they were not able to send me the item I had ordered, as there was something wrong with their warehouse system and too many orders waiting for handling. They then suggested that I accept an offer of 35% of my money back as compensation and that I should take this as settled. They even promised to refund this 35% to me within 24 hrs!
So, I replied again saying that 35% of my money back was unacceptable, as they had sent me 100% of the wrong order. I requested that they please send instructions on how to return the items to them at their expense, and promptly advise how soon they would return the entire payment as they are unable to hold up their end of the transaction. I also advised if I did not get 100% of my money back I would be contacting Trading Standards and my legal advisor.
On 9th February Midoary contacted me again, this time offering me 40% of my money back! They said if I still found this unacceptable I should return the parcel to them, and that I should send it via tracked post, so they coud track it and then refund me when they received the parcel. They did not offer to pay the shipping for this incorrect item, so if I did this then I would be even further out of pocket.
On 11th February I contacted them again to advise that as the error here is entirely theirs , the onus is on them, as the vendor, to provide a) my goods or b) a full refund. If they required the incorrectly despatched items returning, they would need to cover the costs of that up front.
On 13th February they replied! This time they offered me 50% of my money back, AND I could keep the T-shirt and socks. This is apparently the best they can do for me. If I'm still unhappy with this offer, they again said I could send the items to them tracked at my expense.
So, as of today - February 17th 2023 - I'm waiting for the next email...
